Ordered online. Showed up over 20 minutes later to pick up. I asked about it since it wasn’t on the pick-up shelf, and the guy went through pick up receipts at the front and put it on the board to be made.
No. I didn’t order it online and show up 20 minutes later for you to put it behind everyone else and then finally make it. I ordered early so I didn’t waste my entire lunch break waiting for a sandwich. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I see plenty of others complaining about it. Should have been fixed well before now.

Food is good and fast, the workers are polite and attentive. The review is low due to the drive-through speaker. It is ear piercing for the customer and hard to hear for the employees. I often have to repeat my order several times while yelling. Fix the speaker.

this place is really good! i work at the nail salon next door on weekends and i go there just to either get a snack or a full lunch and its always quick and ready, even when its relatively busy. the workers are really nice, the workplace is clean (including the bathrooms) 10000/10 would recomend to anyone looking for a nice spot to have their lunch in less then 5 minutes.

Absolutely NOT freaky fast. It was Saturday @130 I was only person in drive-thru, didnt see people eating insude. No greeter at window for too long. Sandwich was great, but customer service needs improvement.

There’s absolutely nothing freaky fast about this place during lunch time. I’ve waited 25 min for one sub before. Ordering in advance makes no difference, you’ll still be waiting. Maybe they need to staff up, because they’re overwhelmed between NOV and the drive thru. If you’re in a hurry go somewhere else.

Do not go during the lunch rush! Or at least preorder an hour before you need it.

Hopefully they work out that kink soon.
Still a great sandwich shop and I love the options of toppings. Perfect for every appetite. I also love their mini. Finally a place that knows some people dont eat large portions.
Very clean store and bathrooms. The staff was so friendly and made our sandwiches excellently.
