The food is fine, the customer service is lacking. The person who took our order tonight, Ralayah, was clearly displeased with our coming in and interrupting her phone time and proceeded to take our order with evident disdain and frustration. The order was messed up, which was not her fault of course, it was a misunderstanding, but she became accusatory and combative when we addressed the misunderstanding. It was a disappointing experience.

OMG the girl taking my order ask if I would like to have my sandwich toasted? Heck yeah!!!! Oh holy crap that changes the way you experience the whole sandwich! I’m glad they started to offer that and I believe that this will help bring customers back!! Thank you Jimmy for toasted my bread!

Sat at driveway for about 8 minutes waiting for service. Looked thru drive thru window. No customers. No employees. Called to see if they were open. Yes, I ordered. When I returned home and went to serve the sandwiches there was NO lunch meat just bread swimming in ranch dressing. DISGUSTING! Threw them in the garbage. Now, everytime I think of JJ'S, I get nauseated. I guess the employees were punishing me for making them work. I have called the corporate office to get reimbursement 3 times in the last 2 weeks. NOTHING heard back! PAR FOR THE COURSE!

I never experienced a bad experience with a jimmy johns before. I asked for 4 things on my sandwich, I am not a complicated customer when it comes to requests. I literally got not even a full splash of mustard on my sandwich. On top of that I was informed to bag my own sandwich. I have never been told to do that. This is just beyond terrible customer service and I do hope nobody else experiences this as I know this is not a shared value of the company.

I would give zero stars if I could...I order from several locations all the time and today was my worst experience ever with this location, ordered two #10s and one was toasted and never asked for a toasted sandwich plus the #10 is double th roast beef and double provolone, these sandwiches had no cheese and it was not double what I paid for! Smh on top of that order left location at 5:15 pm and I didn't get the order until 5:57 pm! And I live 6 min away smh...so I got a soggy sandwich plus the bread was burnt and hard...I didn't even eat it! I was told by management that they use Uber on weekends to deliver for JJ why?? That's just stupid..I was also told I can call who I want that nothing would be done smh. I swear JJ needs to get it together and take care of their customers because there is a lot of competition out there

I've been to a lot of sandwich shops. This JJ's is always impeccably clean, staff is consistently courteous. I think all of them have been there the whole two years I have been frequenting the location. That speaks volumes for me. I always get my food fast and made correctly. All the stars for this place with the all-star team.

I pre ordered sandwiches for a Volleyball Team. Thankfully they wrote everyone’s name on the sandwiches making it extremely easy to distribute. The staff had the order ready when I walked in and were extremely nice and professional.

This place has weird hours and will sometimes turn you away in the middle of the day. I was not happy the last few times I've been here because they will straight up get the order wrong. One time they put onions in my sandwich that didn't come with onions. Today I ordered two of the SAME sandwich and one came with cucumbers and the other didnt. Who the heck is making the sandwiches? Also pretty upset that they skimped on the deli meats for the sandwiches that advertise double meat and cheese. SMH. On top of that they refused to take my cash and then proceeded to stuff my whole $50 order into a single bag and toss it into my car. Oh and no napkins. GREAT.
