Pretty terrible experience, the customer service was bad I greeted the cashier Bradford and he just stared at me I don’t know if he was high out of his mind or if he just didn’t care to greet back either way it’s basic manners. Food was okay but I won’t go back to this location.

Haven’t been to this location before. That’s probably because they are always closed on my way home from work. They’re always locked up at 9:30pm when their posted hours are 10pm. I have given up on this location. Do better.

I placed a pickup order online and I didn’t think to check if they had a drive thru. I got to the store but my baby had fallen asleep. I called the store and the girl who answered didn’t even hesitate to say yes when I asked if they could possibly bring the order to me. I am so grateful for people like her and I appreciate them so much.

Right as I got to the counter the take out guy was leaving and as he left he complimented my shirt of the band Ghost. Kudos to him. Ordering was easy and the lady cashier (Jessica) was very kind and efficient. Her customer service was AMAZING. I told her to give my compliments to her manager and she received a tip after the transaction. The tip jar was not out front, so she retrieved it and put it on the counter by the register. I cannot express enough that the customer service I received from her (Jessica) was WONDERFUL, and she always had a smile on her face. I told her to tell her manager that she (Jessica) as well as the delivery driver who left when I arrived (and complemented my shirt) deserve praise from them (the manager). FIVE STARS!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jessica and DJ took care of our last minute catering order and they were AMAZING. They were super helpful and we're moving as quick as possible to get this order completed.

Tried for the first time. Had their chicken ceaser wrap, picture looked totally different. Looks like chicken cubes/pieces and full. Turns out it was very little, thin sliced chicken. Couldn't finish it. Place looked closed, odd area/placement.

Why bother to customize a sandwich if you’re going to remove what I asked you to remove? It doesn’t matter if it’s fast delivery if the sandwich is wrong. $20 to have the wrong sandwich that I cannot eat.
