Haven't been to Jimmy John's in years. I was not a big fan of their menu. They have really changed the menu & stepped their game up. Toasted sandwiches are good. I had the Chicken bacon ranch without the bacon. Pork allergies.

I won't go to Subway, Firehouse or anywhere else. I went to the Holcombe location. Fresh bread, quick service, lots of meats so ratio was excellent. They even sell day old bread for 50 cents apiece!

I am so happy to be able to leave a nice review for a change. I ordered on my app and when I got there they did not have my order.
The very nice and cordial young man working in there researched it and found out I had sent the order somehow to a store in Waco instead of Houston. I don't know how that happened but he was most gracious and actually took the time to call Waco and cancel the order and fix me the sandwich that I had ordered. This boy, whoever he is, deserves a huge raise and promotion because when you have someone like that working for you you better hang on to him with everything you have.
I cannot stress again how great this employee was I would be honored to have him working for me in any business. I have never seen anyone go above and beyond like that and take things into their own hands and fix everything. Thank you again.
