I had an amazing experience at Jinya Ramen thanks to Ashley. She was incredibly attentive the entire time and always seemed one step ahead of what we needed. Her energy and kindness really stood out, and she made my Friday evening genuinely pleasurable. It’s rare to find someone who can balance friendliness with great service so naturally. Ashley did an excellent job, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

It’s always nice coming here for a chill and lowkey meal with friends. Our server, Victoria, was excellent! She was polite, checked on us frequently, and remembered to bring us everything we asked for

Our server Alexis was very helpful with any questions I had. She was also very attentive. I love that all the staff are very respectful and kind. The atmosphere is great and the place is beautiful. The only thing that is a nit pick is that at times it can be too loud but that means nothing when the service and food is so great. Food was cooked really well and was delicious.
