Do not go to this location! A group of four of us went into Jinya in the Heights to have dinner. After our third round of drinks, Quinn the "manager" told us we would no longer be served. We were not loud, disrespectful, obnoxious or rude to the staff in anyway shape or form. We were also informed by most of the staff that Quinn the "manager" was incompetent and that is the reason most of the original staff has left. She was extremely rude and condescending. After a long day of work we wanted to eat dinner and enjoy our time with friends. We have been coming to this location for years and unfortunately this will be the last time. I will encourage everyone else to do the same!!! Completely rude, unacceptable and unprofessional. As a business owner I would NEVER treat my customers this way.

When I came in the server, Hudson, came right to me and got me seated right away with little to no wait. Hudson’s attention to detail was remarkable, and he had a genuine passion for ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience. The food was spectacular in every aspect!
I’ve had Jinya a couple times now. Every time I’m pretty disappointed with the food. Very average food with little flavor. Spicy isn’t doesn’t even have any spice.

I got food poisoning at this location. I ordered the spicy creamy vegan and added chicken. The chicken was undercooked and made me extremely sick. I will never return. Terrible experience unfortunately.

Our server, Hudson, was fantastic! He was friendly, efficient, and had a great sense of humor. He made excellent recommendations and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. We’ll definitely be asking for him again on our next visit.
This is my second time ordering from this place the first time I originally wanted some pho something to make me feel better because I was sick several months later. I’m now sick again. Didn’t have anything at home to cook. I decided to order this Ramen, because the first experience I had was great. I ordered the chicken and shrimp wonton this time it was terrible. I uploaded a photo it looked like it was raw and uncooked, and it taste terrible. The Ramen itself was not as good as before. The broth to the Ramen was very thick and not soup like I wanted it to be. I ended up tossing the whole thing in the trash with the GrubHub delivery fee, everything cost about $35. That was a complete waste.

This location is always really loud, and we just have to hope that we get seated at a table on the periphery rather than right in the middle at the high tops where you have to yell to be heard. The staff are attentive; we've never had a bad experience in that way. We go for vegan ramen—arguably the best! It is so incredibly flavorful and makes great leftovers. I love the thick ramen noodles. This is our go-to for vegan ramen, so of course, we'll be back!

Yesterday I was at this place with my family. and the service was very very bad. I asked for Sriracha sauce four times, the waitress seemed lost, and the Brussels sprouts we ordered as an appetizer didn't arrive until we were almost done with the Ramen."
