Arturo was awesome, thoroughly explained that the spice level isn’t something to take lightly. Gave great recommendations on apps, and entrees. 10/10 would recommend and would come back next time I visit Houston.

Came for the Demon Slayer spoon. Very good. Ashley is qn attentive waitress and made sure we had everything needed. She even made sure my baby had food and was enjoying her visit.

We love our local Jinya, and our favorite waiter, Arturo! The food is consistently excellent and every time we get seated with Arturo I fist pump because he is the most friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable waiter on staff. You want recs? Hes got em. Too scared to put your leftover ramen in the container? Hes got your back.

I spent 4.5 years in Tokyo, this is the closest I've found to the level of ramen I had there here in the states. Dan dan men, spicy, try it.

Angela was very attentive. We’ve been to the midtown location, this was our first time at this one. The ramen was noticeably better here. I think since it’s not quite as busy, they’re able to put more care into the bowl. :) so glad we have a location closer to home. Will definitely be back!
