I am 73. Without question, the worst dining experience I have ever seen. I waited 41 minutes Saturday evening to get a simple combo burger after ordering. The 2 young ladies working there were clueless. I should have walked out once walking in and had to wait at least 5 minutes to order, as no one was even at the check-in counter. I was order # 63 and 7 orders BEHIND me got served before me. It is a small place, and a blind person could see I was pissed. When my lukewarm burger was finally ready, it was not walked over the 20 feet to where I was sitting, it was just put on the counter - with NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. I can only assume my work clothes from volunteering all day at the Houston Food Bank (without any lunch) really offended them. My bad. William Wade

Ate here for the first time the other day! What a hidden gem! Burger was seasoned nicely (so many places are bland). Bun was fresh. Fries were outstanding! Price was great! Can’t wait to try other things on the menu!

I must say, I've been living in Houston for over 20 years, and I have NEVER had a Hamburger or Fish sandwich so good, without exception!! Hats off to JLB EATERY, keep it up!

Ordered a to-go shrimp/fish dinner with London coating. It was perfectly hot and crispy after I got it home. It was delicious. I can't believe I haven't been here before. Awesome neighborhood spot!

Best place to eat on that side of town. I live in Hawaii now and I would still catch a 8 hour plane ride just to get their chicken bacon wrap with a side of fried Oreos. God bless them.
