The food is absolutely delicious!! We got the steak quesadilla with fries and I was truly impressed the steak was not dry but very juicy. I highly recommend getting the fried Oreos.

The cheeseburger was amazing 👏. My coworkers came with me, and they both liked the food as well. The smell was a little strange at first, or maybe it was the mop water making the restaurant smell funky or a sewage situation going on. I can't complain because the food was great, just a minor discrepancy. They had a bottle of ketchup but not a bottle of mustard, which is a must-have on my cheeseburgers.

Today I came in right at 7:20, same as my review for the Mason location. There wasn’t anybody in line or seated in the restaurant. The woman told me the dining room is closed and I could only order for to-go. She acted like she would be rushing us, and there’s no way we would be served our food and eat within 40 minutes.
This is so silly. Food took them less than 10 min, I was out the door by 7:30. They could have let me sit there for 15-20 minutes and eat, but no they just HAVE to get out of work by 8:00PM.
Saved me $3 on the compulsory iPad tip though. Avoid this location.
Not sure how JLB/Joy Love Burger franchises or manages these locations, but employees need some customer service training.

Read all the great reviews and saw all of the delicious photos online . We wanted to check this spot out, but we were very disappointed. The service was that there was no service we ordered at the counter, and the worker seemed like she didn't want to be there and still left a tip on the machine. The food looked delicious, but once we started to eat, you could taste the bland meat. we had to add ketchup or dip the burger in the cheese to give it more flavor instead of bland meat. We left disappointed.
