I tried to order online, they took my money out my account then gave me an order rejected message because they close in 45 minutes. Then didn't not refund me so I couldn't go anywhere else since they took the money out my account. I was just trying to feed my kid since I got off so late from work. Last time I called in my order and gave them 10 minutes more time to finish my order just to show up and have the girl tell me I haven't even made it because I didn't think u were going to show up. I give up on this place‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I was delighted to discover this piece of Houston history, which has been providing burgers and other entrées for some 60 years now. It's an easy bike ride from my workplace, making it a cinch to order lunch online and get a bit of exercise picking it up, with time left over for eating! There is no interior dining, but there is a covered patio area where you can eat if the weather is nice. The food has been absolutely delicious every time I've ordered. Portions are generous, and the French fries are superb. The prices are superb for the quality of food. Highly recommended!

Called in and placed an order. The wait for the food wasn’t long at all. The customer service was great and the food was very delicious. Will be seeing me again
Ordered a burger and they gave me some greasy raw bacon. Also noticed the roof was leaking and caving in. Kitchen didn't look clean. 1st time and last time I eat here. Take your money some where else.

Horrible customer service, the lady who took our order, acted as though she didn't feel like being bothered. Food was bland and not fresh. We didn't get the cheese on our cheese burger, nor did we get the "nacho" cheese on our fries. We drove 30 minutes to support a small business and needless to say, I am disappointed. Everyday that we wake up is a blessing, being able to do what you love is a blessing. If you don't love what you, do something else. But never serve others with an attitude.

The beef patties are too hard and thin the hamburger buns are too thick hard just not the same food quality for burgers not good at all been going to this place over 40 years yeah
