Been a go to place for me since the 1960s.today I bought 2 porkchop sandwiches with fries. Haven't seen the server before, but each sandwich looked like half a chop, and had no bone in them. I feel like I paid for one chop for the price of two. The chops were 3/4 the size of the bread. Sign of the times .

Yes ! This hidden treasure has been here for years. Over the years it has kept its quality freshness & unique southern flavors. Large variety of delicious meals including boudin and catfish dinners. Everything comes out fresh to order & the customer service is really good. You can call ahead and order or pull up and order. Either way you won't be disappointed. The classic burger basket is way better than going to burger King. It's right near the same corner bit I'd never choose any other place near here because of the variety they offer. The food is affordable too! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of trying something new. Classic nostalgic feeling of a old school walk up drive in & it's close to the freeway.
