Joe's Mesquite Grill

Editing: spoke to Mr. Joe. He proceeds to yell at me on the phone and say they're not going to change anything bc I didn't like the salad, and that all the other people eat it like that.. then tells me "I heard you complain about the price so now you're complaining about the food bc you want a refund" I never asked for a refund. The same way he spoke to me is the same exact way he was speaking to his female cook.. I proceeded to tell him "I'm a customer and I'm giving you my feedback, there's no need to yell at me".. he proceeds to tell me "well I'm not changing anything" keeps talking over me like if I’m one of his wives and hangs up on me... the disrespect of this owner. Maybe bc I was a female speaking up and I’m assuming he might not like that from a female.. either or.. I won’t be back.. I’d gladly take my hard earned money somewhere where my opinion will matter and not be spoken to like I’m just some woman.. NEVER AGAIN.

First time here since it's near my job.. $18 for a salad and a water. RIDICULOUS!!! I spend the same amount next Door at Soto's and I have a margarita and one of their lunch plates. Or at The Salsita to the right and the girls there are ALWAYS SO NICE.. The owner is not friendly at all. Then was a bit rude to his cook about how my salad is suppose to be... It wasn't great at all. Super big chunks of salad.. told her only 2 chicken strips & not so much toppings... and on top of that asking for a tip when I have to get my own beverage, dressing and food. Plus, the owner taking the orders.. so tip goes to him? I don't think so. Save your self the money and check out the other places on this shopping center, this place is a 2 out of 10.. Won't be back.

The burgers are the best choice!! The ribeye steak burger is my favorite!! It is a real steak in the to of burger. It is a very popular restaurant for lunch and needs to be there early to avoid the long line. The waiter and waitress are very friendly and nice. Highly recommended for lunch places.

Visiting from Cali and wanted to try the rich Texan food culture. This was an amazing first stop. Got to meet the man the myth the legend Joe. Everything was great and food/price was really good. Fyi i got the steak sammich 10/10

Big juicy delicious sandwiches. The burger was great. Tried a bite of the pastrami and I know I'll be getting that soon.
