Very disappointed. Ordered yesterday 7/31 at 7 pm 6 pcs meal french fries and spaghetti . The chicken was old and small and not crunchy. The french fries is not good, the spaghetti is still ok What happened Jollibee?

Every time i come to this location the staff is very nonchalant and barely acknowledges you. No welcome in, no how are you, not even a smile. They will walk past you plenty of times and help you when theyre ready this whole place needs a makeover

Arrived around 9:30 pm and the inside was closed but the drive-thru was open. I guess for the safety of the workers, so I understand.
We are always supportive of small businesses supporting other small businesses. We order from them a few times a month. Their chicken is pretty good, but their customer service is trash. For some reason every time we come pick up our order, they give us a hard time. The staff are very rude. I have never been greeted by a friendly face. We would place our order on a computer at work and take a picture of the order number, but they wouldn’t allow us to pick up our order. if we didn’t place the order, how else would we have access to that or even know about the order? The owner should really invest into better management and staff.

This Jollibee location has its ups and downs. I recently called the store bc they were missing my order. However, no one got to the phone. What's the point of having a number if you aren't able to get a hold of them.
