It was my first time visiting this place. That's okay Update: 02/07/2026 It's Saturday night. Around 9:30 p.m. I went to the place to order something for me to dining. I saw every staff in the place running around I had to wait a few minutes before the cashier came to me and wanted to take my order. I told the cashier that I wanted the $11 deal that I have two piece of chicken drinks and mashed potatoes and the bread and the cashier told me it would take 35 to 40 minutes before I get my food. Now please tell me that it is a fast food place and if I have to wait 35 to 40 minutes for that meal that's really sad. I would like to bring it to the management or the owners attention that why would it take me 35 minutes before I get my food. The guy was telling me that they don't have any chicken on the rack. My question is if you see your order is coming why didn't the staff continue making the food. People that are ordering through drive-thru how come they are getting their food right away? I don't want any free food any coupons or any promotion from the owner are the managers. I want this place to be have a better management that customer doesn't have to walk away. There was a few other people in front of me they all need to walk away. And your business lots some customer. And they won't be back for a while because they know it might happen again.

Drove 20 min to find out that they didn't update their hours on Google and they're closed at 10pm rather than 11pm.
I swear this is the last time I'm coming to this establishment. This time they forgot my extra gravy, matter of fact they didn't give me no gravy at all the time.

This Jollibee on Westheimer is always clean, fast, and reliable. The food comes out fresh, the service is quick, and the staff truly live up to the name. They are always friendly and jolly, which makes every visit a great experience. Shoutout to April for taking my order today and to the whole team for working so diligently during this winter weekend freeze on 1/25/26. Definitely one of the better locations around.
