I wish I can’t even put one star for food This is my second time getting chicken over rice both time food was horrible I waste my $22.00 I wish I can go somewhere else beside this place When I call and complain the lady’s said she don’t do refund either she won’t makeup different food I hope owners will see this and make action

Hoping the owner sees this. The food itself is great, but whoever was working on Mon Night/Tue Morning at 12:50AM is was absolutely inconsiderate for what he did. We specifically asked him light hot sauce on two of our platters and he repeated the order as well.
He ended up pouring a bunch of hot sauce on both of our platters to the point we couldn’t even enjoy it and had to throw them away.
It’s almost like he purposely just drowned the platter in hot sauce after hearing specific instructions on keeping the hot sauce very minimal.
If I’m the owner or manager, I’m definitely considering retraining the employee or letting him go if he can’t be retrained because it will hurt your business.

I am always coming to jones fried chicken for there chicken bowls . The girl there previously was the best ! She had great customer service, loaded our bowls … I came to today and there is new people in front and let me tell you they are RUDE ! They don’t acknowledge you , they were very stingy I mean stingy with EVERYTHING in my bowl she barely put anything in there I have a lot of rice and she drowned my bowl with white sauce smh the lady said if I add more veggies they take it out our check like really ! Please do better with employees you have never again am I coming and I loved the food here so sad

Their timing says they open at 5am. I was there at 9:45am on Friday. The door was locked. The employees were inside I knocked on the door multiple times after which two employees saw me but they never came to open the door. I waited there for 15 minutes and left. If you are closed for a few minutes I understand but you need to put up a sign or at-least inform the customer why you are closed after you see them waiting.

The drive-thru here is by far the worst I’ve experienced. It’s extremely narrow and poorly designed — if you’re driving an SUV, you have to be extra cautious. There’s a high risk of scratching your vehicle. Not recommended for larger cars.and late nights you have only drive through option
