The first bite of my burger bacon avocado burger was a challenge because it is very thick, but very juicy. The front of house staff was very personable, attentive and was sure that we understood everything they offer. My husband's Crazy Burger was a double patty that was 1 pound of meat. He was ultimately stuffed by the time he finished what he could of it.

I hate to do it but I had to rate my meal a "1". I've been considering this place for months but the Memorial location so when I saw they put one closer to me I said I am going to give it a try because the ratings were high. Well, I must say that I was HIGHLY disappointed! I purchased the two pork chop meal with French fries and I chose curbside pickup. After waiting longer than I thought I should outside, I went in and asked for my order. The guy went to the back and brought it right out. I am less than 5 minutes from them so I expected my food to still be hot. To my surprise, when I bit into the pork chop it was cold and the crust that I thought was crust was also dry. I then bit into a French Fry that tasted like it's been sitting out for a few hours. I also had a lettuce and tomato that I did not know came with the meal otherwise I would have substituted it or omitted it because I am allergic to tomatoes. I really didn't want to throw away $15 dollars so I thought about smothering the pork chops for dinner but I was so disappointed that I trashed the whole meal. I heard the owner tell the customer before me that he recommended a burger because that was his thing and now I understand...

5 STARS!! I order the double cheeseburger 15.95 and my partner order the cheeseburger 12.95 combos total was 32.36. The customer service was amazing! You have a choice to order without the fries and drink or with. The burgers are huge! One of the biggest burgers in the CITY! Buns are made in-house they remind me of croissant buns! The buns held up really well considering I had a double with lettuce tomatoes and mayonnaise. The patties were very seasoned! Every thing was fresh and hot! We live in Pearland and was in the area but it is worth a drive in my opinion. The dinning room was clean and they had options of high bar and standard sitting. The restrooms were clean as well. I'm not sure of how busy they are but it was pretty quiet when we arrived around 7:00 PM. If you're thinking about it, RUN! It's is totally worth it

My second time buying a burger and fries at joy love burgers. There is a unwelcoming odor in the restaurant. I smelt this odor the first time i was there and thought maybe it was just someone used dirty mop water to mop the floors. The second visit, i smelt the same odor. The food was moderately good but the odor was the take away. I will not return to this restaurant again.

Nice little spot for a good hamburger! The atmosphere didn't really encourage hanging out for an extended time, but it was clean and tidy, the food was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We will visit again!Dietary restrictions: We had a bit of a snag at the start because my burger came with tomatoes after I requested to leave them off (I'm allergic), but the problem was efficiently resolved when they cooked me a whole new burger, and it was delicious.
