I went here because it was recommended to me and rightfully so. It was actually a different take on bubble tea and that’s because they actually add in pandan jelly pieces. I tried the green collection which was like a Thai green tea with some jellies and tiny bobas, it came with all of those toppings already and costed about $8. It was a cute little shop and it looks like you can purchase more of the pandan on the side. The service was excellent. They can recommend you something...

I really enjoyed my visit to Jtea! Their beef jerky rolls were absolutely delicious – full of flavor and perfectly made. The milk tea was also refreshing and smooth, one of the best I’ve had. The combination of tasty food and great drinks makes this spot a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The Milk Tea #5 has a viet coffee flavor. Not a traditional milk tea taste which I was expecting. Their signature jello topping has a bit strange consistency- it is a bit too hard and chewy for my liking. Tastes cheap because of that.
