I love and enjoy the drinks. The staff always welcoming and friendly. I have to say, the drinks level are limited per policy. They add more ice in the drink than the milk tea drink itself. Even if you don’t want the ice, the drink is filled up to half of the cup, which I believe, a lot of people I know, I even recommended to try their milk tea, have complained, they serve too little for so much the $7 or more for the drink. The drinks here are really good — I enjoyed the flavor and quality. However, I was disappointed with the checkout experience. The machine prompted me to leave a tip even though no one actually served me, and there was no option to select “no tip.” I don’t mind tipping for service, but being forced into it felt unfair. If they fix the payment setup, I’d be happy to come back more often.

I really enjoyed my visit to Jtea! Their beef jerky rolls were absolutely delicious – full of flavor and perfectly made. The milk tea was also refreshing and smooth, one of the best I’ve had. The combination of tasty food and great drinks makes this spot a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!
