This is one of the best Viet drink places around. I wish there was one in the Bay Area. Their milk teas have unique options with milk cubes and different foam cheese. My only regret is not stopping by more often while in town!

Aloe vera yogurt taste so good!

The first time I came to buy milk tea, because I didn't know many flavors, I asked the consultant but she seemed annoyed and unenthusiastic 🙁 I was quite disappointed with her attitude, she answered very badly! But because it suited my taste, I still came back to support! Next time I met other staff who were very ok and cute! I hope the female staff wearing glasses will always be more friendly and cheerful with customers.

Highly recommend everyone to this local milktea. To me, this is the BEST milktea store in Houston( the best Jtea location too)🏅🎖️. Shout out to Vy T server, she is so professional, friendly to the customer a lot. She is very nice and be patient to me ( i even ordered 3 times and she’s still so friendly and help me to choose the drinks to order). 5 stars ⭐️ for you, Vy! 🧑🏻‍🍳💗🧋

Great cute place with a variety of offerings

The best milk tea yet! They also have traditional vietnamese street snacks like tossed rice paper salad, fried fish balls and my favorite the stir fried corn. I usually get the Milk tea no.5 or when I feel I want a sweet treat I get their Green collection. Employees are friendly as well, the atmosphere is chill and relaxing

I really enjoy coming to this place. The drinks are delicious, and I always get my order very quickly. I look forward to my next visit :)

come here every now and then for about 2-3 years, tea is always good and their low sugar options r still tasty!! Vietnamese baguette is def a must try and so yummy.. workers are always nice and the ambience/songs make it amazing!!! Def recommend green collection or cheese milk tea

Drinks are always solid and come out super fast. The snacks are great too, especially the fish sauce wings!

Never coming back! Today I got the cheese tea with cheese cubes and they use regular milk! No good for my stomach, I don’t like the taste they put too much ice and is over priced! Almost 9$ and not good flavor

Fast, kind service and they use REAL fruit in their teas. Definitely recommend the peach tea!!

The drinks are good, I got the ube cream top Vietnamese coffee ☕️ and it was strong , sweet and creamy
