Employees were rude and had an attitude because their OWN Apple Pay wasn't working and shamed my friend for not having her card with her. One of the employees was sick and had a bad cough. She grabbed a napkin and spit phlegm and didn't even wash her hands. Disgusting and disappointing. Saw the rave on tik tok but not worth it.

WORST MISTAKE EVER! Very expensive too.
Buyer beware! The mango coconut with sago was so liquidy. It was not drinkable. Waste of money. It is NOT the same or even similar to other tea places that serve the same drink.
We also got a mango strawberry shaved ice. The fruit was lackluster with no flavor. They put such minimal condensed milk over the fruit that wasn’t even ripe. All you could taste was plain ole ice. Very disappointing to say the least.
Don’t believe what you see on Tik Tok. And the worst part of the visit was the customer service was really rude.
The older lady with the black beret was so condescending and rude.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Better options in the shopping center.

Everything we had was so good! The mango sago with coconut milk was on point, the ginger tofu was some of the silkiest I’ve ever had with good ginger flavor, and the sesame paste was hearty and rich! My niece got a strawberry banana smoothie that she loved, especially the lychee jelly bits. And our friend had the shaved ice topped with fresh fruit and flan which was stunning! Wish we lived closer but will be certain to stop in here every time we’re in town!

The mango coconut sago tasted like pure milk tasted like nothing it was bad the flan by itself tasted like nothing and unsweet had no taste.The mango shaved ice cream was really good but I had super high hopes a lil disappointed.

Deletes comments instead of handling issues and has rude customer service! Don’t get me wrong this place is pretty tasty atleast the two times I have been. I live over 3 hours away from here and have it two chances. The first time I went the owner was irritated with me when I was struggling to put a lid on my sago because I had ordered it for to go on the kiosk. I then asked a male worker about the 3 water bottles I had purchased because I wasn’t given them he asked why I even bothered buying them and was again irritated with me. However like I said it was tasty my family enjoyed it and I figured maybe it was just an off day or because they were busy. Fast forward to the second time I get my order and am missing my coconut pudding so I ask for it and they have to verify I didn’t already get it and then I receive coconut jelly instead which isn’t even the same cost. I realize I was given the wrong thing and was ignored when trying to get the right thing because everytime I said something I “had already gotten what I need” not to mention both times they make orders that were taken after you before you which makes no sense… I then commented this on their TikTok page seeing if they would make it right somehow and instead they deleted my comment so I guess I will post a review they can’t delete… not sure I will be giving this business my money again considering you will just be a burden for ordering there or trying to get what you paid for. Also to my surprise it’s not just the workers who are rude, even the owner is… she is the whole reason I went because I saw a video on it and she looked super sweet but that’s the internet for you I guess Edit- also I don’t think it’s very sanitary to have the fruit you are serving on the side where customers can sit at the bar. There were open watermelons they use for the balls right on the counter where people were waiting for their orders. Anyone could cough or sneeze on them or touch them with dirty hands.

I really wanted to like this place because the food looked amazing online and in videos I found on tiktok but i had an underwhelming experience. While the portions are great the quality of the ingredients could have been better. The mango in the shaved iced was not ripe at all while the other fruit (banana/strawberry/watermelon) were extremely mushy almost as if they were about to go bad.

Went with my girlfriend and ordered 2 cones of ice cream. They gave it to us in a cup for some reason and when we told them we ordered cones they just acted confused and poured the ice cream cups out on to the cone instead of rescooping new ice cream. They did a horrible job and the ice cream was barely on the cone and both scoops immediately fell off our cones as soon as we walked out.
Edit in response to owner: We ordered on the machine and paid for ice cream cone. Our receipt and order said cone. It’s not our fault you messed it up.
Very yummy desserts! I loved the presentation of the deserts and the fruit + ice cream & shaved ice combination. This is definitely one of the best desserts I’ve tried yet

Came here for a smoothie and ended up with dessert! It was delicious, the slushie was creamy, we got the mango chinese yogurt but the star of the show the shaved ice w fruit and ice cream. The fruit was so smooth and perfectly sweet.

Great dessert spot in the Bellaire shopping area with lots of cold and hot dishes and snack items. We got a shaved ice bowl with assorted fruits and they all tasted fresh and sweet. The ice base and extra strawberry ice cream scoop on top was perfect. They served blue bell ice cream and had a huge variety of choices. A good amount of seating and nice indoor ambiance, though parking in the area is always a struggle.
