My first time at JuiceLand was truly a great experience. The service I received was astounding. The young lady who assisted me with my order was absolutely amazing. She gave me recommendations on the type of juices I was looking for and had the SWEETEST and most upbeat spirit.I decided to go with a smoothie, two wellness shots and a green juice. I love that these items were made fresh to order and in house. Everything was delicious and I truly look forward to supporting JuiceLand regularly!

Always love going here and I'm in love with their acaí bowl, matcha latte and fresh juices. Today I went there and I saw a new worker there I had never seen before and he was extremely rude. Seemed like he was annoyed to take my order and he had a bad attitude. I asked him if I could put in my rewards number and he ignored me and when he told me to pay I said again "can I put my rewards number in?". He sighed and threw his hands up and said number? I gave it to him and after my payment went through he just walked away. Didn't say "it will be right out for you" or anything. Usually everyone there is super kind and inviting. Otherwise I love this place and everyone else is nice!

The workers prioritize their favorite clients/yoga people next door. I waited about 20 min for my drink, with only 2 people in front of me, and 3 others came after me and received their drink before I did. Massive lack of proper customer service.

I thought I was crazy when the pineapple juice in my fresca tasted fuzzy and fermented but reading a review from a year ago someone stated the same complaint. A year later and the issue has clearly not been fixed. I had to vigorously shake my drink to lessen the fermented kombucha taste. Overall I enjoyed my drink I just would’ve preferred fresh pineapple juice

So we arrived to this place exited to try some smoothie and acai bowls, but where extremely disappointed. After waiting about 15 minutes for the guy who was there to take our order (he passed by us like 5 times) he in a very rude way said and I quote: “Well im not taking any orders now and that we need to do an online order only.” Wasted time for nothing. Wont attempt to visit this place ever again.

1st of all, took Mr about 10mts to find parking, this happens each time I attempt to come here. Terrible! Then today I had to wait for exactly 25mts to receive my order, this is not acceptable! If you know you're busy on the weekends, then make sure that you have enough staff! I love Juiceland and it's products but I will never return to this location!
