I’m a big fan of Juiceland and usually have a great experience, which is why today was disappointing. The store had no running water, meaning most of the menu couldn’t be prepared: no smoothies, no bowls, almost nothing, and full of attitude server.
What didn’t make sense was staying open under those conditions. If you can’t make core items, it’s better to close temporarily rather than let customers walk in, wait, and only then find out there’s nothing available. It wastes people’s time and creates frustration that could’ve easily been avoided with a simple sign on the door or a temporary closure.
I love this brand, but operationally this was a miss. Hopefully next time there’s an issue like this, the store communicates clearly or shuts down until service is restored.

The smoothies are good but the service is always extremely slow. It takes 15-20 minutes for a smoothie to be made and there's usually 4 employees with only 1 making them.
Also, $20 for 2 medium smoothies with no substitutions is a bit crazy in my opinion.
It’s a good acai and protein shake spot

I been coming here for awhile now (Feb) and I always see the young woman who wears a hijab. She’s always very attentive and friendly when I get there. More recently, someone new (I think) named Will is also really cool. Thank you guys!

Great Experience every time I Come here. Love their consistency and smoothies, and the staff is always great.
They gave me a sample of the Yerba Mate, I definitely be adding that to my orders

This place is disgusting. Rotting fruit sitting out and parking wise some homeless bum was posted up washing his cigarettes on the hood of my car..
“Made” my açaí bowl fresh by pulling it directly out of a freezer…
Place should’ve stayed in Austin in all honesty.

Lace made me a great smoothie today at the Westheimer Juiceland — she deserves recognition for her care and effort. Unfortunately, the manager Ember made the experience disappointing. My smoothie was made the wrong size, and instead of letting me keep the one I had already started, she insisted on taking it and throwing it away. It felt wasteful and inconvenient, and not what I’m normally used to from Juiceland.
Service is always incredibly fast when ordering online.
First time trying and as a construction worker who's outside all the time. This is a great treat to cool off with in the Texas summer heat. Thank you, ladies l, great gob.
Amazing customer service! The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Worst location in Houston
one of my favorite smoothie places! The taste is yummy and I love the colors of the smoothies. They also have juices and a variety of ready healthy snacks

I’ve ordered smoothies and açaí bowls here. Each time, the workers have been quick and very kind! It’s really spacious and cute inside, too!
When it comes to the smoothies and açaí bowls, I was hoping to love this place, but I found it quite underwhelming. It might have been what I ordered, but at times, the smoothies tasted watered down and had an unpleasant aftertaste, with an inconsistent texture. The açaí bowls had similar issues.
I do really think this place is a great spot to hang out or study. I wouldn’t choose this spot if I were craving a smoothie or an açaí bowl.
JuiceLand is my go-to for a smoothie fix and their Peachy Green is like a mini vacation in a cup. The staff is super chill and always ready to recommend something delicious.
The only thing I have to say..is we need an updated board of the add-ins at the location on westheimer
