I've tried to come here twice already during they're listed opening hours and they were closed!!! So frustrating especially when you're really excited for and craving an acai bowl.

I placed an order online on 10/9, scheduled for pickup at 9:15 AM on 10/10. When I arrived, the order wasn’t ready, and the employee said she hadn’t received any online orders. She made the order in about 20 minutes, which is fine but annoying that I had to wait in the first place. I actually didn’t even come in until about 11am just in case the order wasn’t ready on time to begin with.
On I received my order, I asked for my loyalty points to be added to my account, she said she added them, but they never appeared. She seemed nonchalant about the issue and didn’t make an effort to resolve it. Overall, she appeared a bit stressed, so I just left and decided to try again another time, hopefully with another employee or manager to resolve the matter.
