Owner was super kind super friendly. The food was made fresh and was super delicious. I don't know what kind of sauce he gave us for dipping but help me Jesus I haven't stopped thinking about it. I want to put it on everything. I will definitely be back.

So me and my wife and my son stopped at this place today, and it had to be hands down the best Boudin and cracklins I've ever had, and I'm not just saying that. I have had plenty from all over the place even the best stop in Katy can't touch this stuff the green onions were still crunchy inside of the boudin and that's how fresh the Boudin was not to mention the Boudin actually was homemade this guy is a genius and a beautiful soul. We will aphasia be back no matter where he is.

I WENT TO BUY CRACKLINGS AND BOUDIN TODAY. ASKED IF CRACKLINGS WERE FRESH.HE SAID YES. I REALLY THOUGHT THEY WERE FRESHLY COOKED LIKE YOU WOULD FIND IN CAJUN COUNTRY LOUISIANA, NO GOOD. THE BOUDIN WAS OLD AND SALTY.TOO SALTY. TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE FOR SUBSTANDARD QUALITY FOOD. I DELETED THE CONTACT LIST OF MY PHONE.I'M ALSO A SEMI RETIRED FOOD WRITER AND KNOW WHEN FOOD IS GOOD. THIS PLACE IS FAR BEHIND AND DONT UNDERSTAND HOW ANY ONE STAYS IN BUSINESS LIKE THIS. IF ANYONE KNOWS GREAT CAJUN FOOD, THIS PLACE WILL DISSAPPOINT YOU. GO SOME WHERE ELSE

Now this is how the pepper-jack is supposed to cascade out of a boudin ball. ? First time here. Cracklins were cooked to perfection. Cod and shrimp delicious. The grease is CLEAN. Great customer service and they are open til 3am. ?? Check him out!
