Went here for their Lady's Night special. For the low price, everything was soooo good and great portion sizes. The decor is beautiful and the vibes was nice. We sat in the room with the movie posters on the wall. I love the movie theater theme when you first walk in. We did not get the free popcorn but it was available for guests to grab. I guess due the capacity of people due to the special, it took a long time to get my drink. The waiters was apologetic and I wasn't charged for it since I waited so long for it to come out. This is a nice date night or ladies night place to go to. I will be back!

Two months ago, in October, I called Juliet’s to schedule a reservation for December 14th to celebrate Friendsmas with 14 of my friends. I paid the deposit, coordinated a menu with the event coordinator, signed the contract, even purchased pre-made menus, all to ensure we had an amazing Friendsmas brunch. To my absolute shock, I received an email after 8 p.m. on December 10th, just four days before my event stating that my reservation was canceled because they made changes to their facility and would no longer be offering brunch on Sundays. The only alternative they offered was “priority seating,” which completely disregarded the months of planning that had already gone into this event. I called multiple times on December 11th and never received an answer. I sent several emails with no response. The only communication I eventually received was a brief message stating that my refund had been processed. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. After investing time, money, and trust into their establishment, to be dismissed so abruptly and so close to my event date was unacceptable. I expected far better communication and accountability from a place that markets itself as an event-friendly venue.

The service was exceptional—attentive, prompt, and genuinely friendly, with staff exhibiting remarkable patience and politeness despite our tight schedule.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was beautiful, creating a perfect setting for our gathering. The food was absolutely delicious; I ordered a well-done steak, and it was perfectly cooked—moist, flavorful, and not dry at all. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals, and the dessert tray—an assortment of decadent treats—was truly delightful.
A special shoutout to the manager, Travis, who was incredibly accommodating and attentive. He responded to my emails promptly before our reservation, which made the planning seamless.
I highly recommend Juliet, a remarkable black-owned restaurant, to anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. You will not be disappointed—it's a true gem!

Beautiful Place!! Shoutout to Lawrence , he’s an amazing waiter. My only two complaints were on the excessive wait times. We made a reservation for 9:00pm and were not seated until an hour after our scheduled time. There aren’t any seats to sit and wait so imagine standing for an hour in heels! I didn’t understand the point of the reservation if we’re waiting an hour + time . As well as the Happy Birthday Menu, my mother name was spelt wrong. Human Mistake no biggie ! Just wish there was a keen eye to spot that.
