You definitely want to EAT HERE!! I've been following Black owned food trucks for a minute. This one here is everything. Discovered him in a parking lot while he was getting supplies and followed him to his location. I could not decide what I wanted so the lady helped me decide - I ordered the Rasta Pasta, added the sausage and lamb chops and a piece of catfish - ? it was definitely the right decision. The fish Filet was huge, flavorful and delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious. The sausage and shrimp in the pasta was also perfection . For most ppl the lamb would be perfectly cooked. It was delicious, and the jerk spice was on point. Personally for me, I'd prefer my lamb closer to mid rare, but it was delicious none the less. The price point was excellent. GO EAT HERE!

I must say I was disappointed. Last customer of the day Friday & I guess that’s the reason my order was incomplete. The purpose of visit was to try their Mac& cheese, and try the greens. Neither item was included in my order. Instead I was given fries & the fish isn’t Catfish or Tilapia. Epic fail for my Friday night meal ?

A lot of times chefs have a hard time living up to the hype. I've heard quite a few things about KRACK Kitchen from multiple people before ever trying it. Now that I've had the pleasure of trying the salmon bites and the pastas; they absolutely lived up to the hype!!! And, they provide A+ customer service! Looking forward to seeing what events I can have them cater in the near future!
