I've been here three times in a row and my opinion is the same: the food was great, but the service was bad, especially a girl with glasses who kept repeating things and bringing the wrong order. They need better service than this.

The food was delicious, but it left a bad taste in my mouth to witness the owner yelling at a delivery driver in front of the customers, demanding confirmation of something that had already been done. He also yelled at a female employee. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable. I hope they improve their treatment of staff, because the quality of the food deserves a more respectful environment.

I have passed Kasra Persian Cafe a few times along a delivery route that I do. I went in not knowing what to expect and I was immediately greeted by the wait staff. Was Not sure what I wanted so the waitress recommended a # 1 Barg which was grilled fillet minion with steamed rice and Persian salad. The fillet was well seasoned and made to my liking and the rice was fluffy and steamed fresh. The waitress added butter into my rice which was well received an added buttery flavor to my rice. My Persian Salad was fresh and the salad dressing was delicious. I shall return to dine at Kasra Persian Cafe AGAIN!

We were at this Kesra location around 8–9 PM. I was served raw/undercooked chicken, and it’s now 12:44AM—I’m awake in real stomach pain because of it.
The waitress ignored me at first, then said “maybe next time.” The manager said it was “just two pieces” and offered to cook the same plate again, which is a food safety violation.
Despite all this, we were still told a tip was expected.

My husband and I are frequent customers of Kasra the main one, we love the food and the service there is excellent. We were in the NASA area and we stopped to eat here. The menu is not the same as the main restaurant and the only waitress had a very rude attitude, we always ordered the bread a little toasted but that caused discomfort to the waitress she rolled her eyes and grabbed the bread back to take it to get crispier, the food is excellent but the service was terrible

Whoever, trained the Mexicans to make persian food so accurate is a true masterpiece! Awsome. I have ate in many places which mexican tried to cook persian food and failed badly. But here it was awsome!
