My wife and I had an amazing experience at Alora. Fantastic service and delicious food. Staff was able to modify certain dishes to suit my wife’s dietary needs. We would definitely go back again! Thank you!

Alora is literally a quick walk around the corner from my room. I needed to eat something, so why not?

Verdict: I haven't eaten much Peruvian food, so I didn't know what to order. But my Lomo Saltado was very tasty! Didn't need both rice AND potatoes, but those 'taters definitely tasted different & that smoked #OldFashioned... OMG!!

All-in-all, I'd say this place is a win! Shout-out to Cesar for the spectacular service!

Ordered 4 things. Sucked. Nothing like Peruvian food in Colombia. Paid $122. Never again. Server was amazing. Food was tasteless.

The environment and service were good, and the food had a very nice presentation. However, the portions were small, the flavor was lacking, and the prices were high for what you get. The ceviche was excellent, and the fish dish was good, but the pasta with breaded chicken was flavorless, and the pork chop was undercooked, so I couldn’t eat it. Overall, I would give it 4 stars for service and atmosphere, but I will not be returning.

Great food, great drinks, great service, and atmosphere. Just shocked and surprised that Kay Ba is closed for good. Just sad to see it go!!!

Dined early at Kau Ba with a friend. The Last Helicopter was an excellent cocktail with a clever name. We shared the F.O.B. (fried softshell crabs) and a spring roll. The texture of the spring roll was the appetizer highlight. Following that was shrimp fried rice. Tip: get a side or two of the house hot sauce with the fried rice. The meal culminated with the Viejun boil with King Crab, an excellent hybrid of flavors and fun, interactive dish. This place is a must.

Very disappointed in Kau Ba. I was looking forward to trying Vietnamese
Cajun fusion, but this lacked flavor and quality. I do not usually leave one star reviews but the service could not offset the cost and quality level.

I'm Vietnamese and also veggie. Tried their Tofu Ponzu and was disappointed. The tofu squares were hard and the sauce was watery, not a good combo at all. The drinks however were good, and my other friends tofu dishes were good. I would try a different dish other than the ponzu unless they improve upon it...

Excellent pho

Great spot for food and cocktails. Mixologist is super talented, if a bit money hungry.

This place used to be great. My husband and I went here for our date night tonight and WOW, the quality has absolutely plummeted. We waited 10-15 min to be greeted. And nobody checks on you. You have to flag servers down to get service….We had to send back the soft shell crab which was embarrassing in so many ways and should never have been served. They were “out” of so many things and only had two servers on the floor. The pho had the wrong kind of vermicelli noodles. My husband ordered the Pho Thai Lan (the most expensive pho dish) and he said it was nowhere near worth $28. Nothing special about the meat or the onions which apparently were the signature parts of the pho. We are big foodies and we love Vietnamese cuisine. I worked at Kim Son Cafe for a few years, so I’m familiar with quality Vietnamese food. And I was so excited to come back to Kau Ba as I remember loving it both times I went. My stomach hurt immediately after eating the Pho and it STILL hurts. Disappointed. The only part of this experience that was good were the cocktails (tamarind margarita). Otherwise, be wary, folks
