I've enjoyed international cuisine in many countries. Finding consistently high-quality dining experiences can be a challenge in some regions. Texas, in my experience, presents such a challenge. While there are certainly exceptions, discovering truly exceptional restaurants requires more effort. I personally would recommend visiting this restaurant for out of this world Ethiopian coffee, food, and hospitality.
