KFC used to be a treat. The chicken that I picked up this evening doesn't even resemble the chicken we used to get. -Over cooked without the moist- steamy texture that KFC was famous for. I'm sure that the old man would be appalled!

By far this has been the worst KFC that I’ve ever gone to. The weight in the drive-through was almost 15 minutes and there were cars parked behind me that prevented me from backing out of the drive-through and leaving the restaurant. The speaker system wasn’t working the young man who took my order couldn’t hear anything on the speaker system so I ended up having to place my order at the window. When I received my order everything appeared to be OK, but I got back to my office the chicken looked old and it tasted terrible I would never go back to that location and would not recommend anyone else go to that location.

So i went in to this place at 820 pm and they tried to serve us old food macaroni was hard chicken who knows how old they tried to say that the chicken was original come on we all know original is not crispy so I did tell them to refund so they all get but hurt and call someone else oh she want a refund you sure right she said she was one of the managers buy she couldn't handle the proble she had to call some one else the chicken was also dripping of oil grease so I took a picture and posted cause yall need to be more cautious not right KFC please yall need to do better Thank You Mrs. Riojas
