I ordered the 6 mini spicy wings with the potato fry wedges and my food was amazing! It was cooked fresh but I did go inside and order and to use the restroom & I must admit the restroom was SO NASTY I almost didn’t eat there!! Like how are yall using this restroom and going back into the kitchen? Disgusting!

I was excited to try the potato wedges again but when I got my order you can tell by first glance that they are stale .. I touched them and all of them were rock solid hard stale .. after I opened my combo that I ordered I noticed the food was stale as well !!! How careless can you be ?! Not even my Pepsi tasted like Pepsi it tasted like Diet Pepsi !! I’m disappointed with this location tbh

Ordered through the app just now & I pulled up to the intercom drive thru a woman asked me kindly if I would like to try some new item and I said “no thank you I’m here for a online order” a black guy then proceeded to rudely yell thru the speaker “pull up to the window” LIKE ????? I work in fast food too so I know how it can be but save all that attitude for the customers that actually deserve it. Not going back here, yall need to work on y’all’s customer service that was so unnecessary. I had one of the worst experiences at this KFC location. The service is absolutely pathetic — the staff is rude, careless, and completely uninterested in helping customers. They act like they’re being bothered when you ask basic questions or check on your order. There’s no sense of customer service or urgency whatsoever.

Even worse, they don’t care if your order is wrong or delayed. I saw multiple customers frustrated and ignored while waiting for their food. It honestly felt like we were being treated like an inconvenience, not paying customers.

Note to the owner: If you want this location to survive, you seriously need to change the staff and bring in people who actually care about doing their job. Also, put up a proper Halal sign if you’re claiming to serve Halal food — unclear labeling is misleading and unacceptable.

Do better, KFC. This is not how a globally known brand should be run
