I ordered from Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. It was not the delivery driver’s fault—the food itself was incredibly oily. The French fries were literally dripping with oil, and it tasted like the oil had been reused for days. Everything was soggy, soft, and absolutely unappetizing. This was not the standard I expected from KFC. Extremely disappointing and disgusting.

I ordered to go yesterday 16 pieces baskit they write on bill 4 breast 4 thigh 4 wing and 4 drum .but i come home and open the box inside only 3 breast 4 drum 2 thighs and 7 wings. And very very cold food not hot .its not fair Its not first time last 2 time also face same problems they are all time remove breast pieces

The food is good, but I think that when there is an Uber order you should close the customers' bags tightly to prevent the delivery people from doing nothing with the customers' food. An example of this is McDonald's, which packs its food well to avoid incidents. The way you pack gives Uber drivers access to handle the food and makes customers feel unsure about whether to eat or not eat. Please pack the food well.

I ordered online and it misprinted everything I ordered, well at least that's what I thought. This particular KFC houses all the bums and I can't enjoy my meal with all the distractions. I'm surprised this location is still open!!
