My husband and I ordered at drive-thru lane. We are born, raised and always lived in Texas. We speak English. Unfortunately, as is now a common theme - the employees’ 1st language is not English. So when we got up to the window to pay and pick up our food; the order was wrong. The person that took our order, Julian, didn’t want to give us the missing item & add it to our bill. He insisted that go all the way around to the speaker and re-order the part that HE left out!! And he got a really bad attitude because I told him to just give us the 1 piece of chicken, charge us & be done.

KFC has really gone downhill if this location is any indication. The chicken breasts were small and the batter was greasy. They didn't even have salt and pepper. You give your order through a plexiglass wall. Definitely run down.
I won't be going back to this location.

This is by far the worst KFC in Houston. Every single time I go there it’s an issue. They never have what you want and the manager is rude. I have been trying to get potato wedges since they came back and they never have them. Went there today to order chicken ace they didn’t have any wings. Asked hire long for them to cook he said 18 minutes, he would not let me place my order. Told me to leave and come back in 18 minutes to order. I will never ever go back to that KFC!

Great food, awful service. Guy taking my order was taking drive thru order at the same time asked him to choose and he stormed away taking drive thru orders after telling me off, took my order and was gossiping to coworkers in Spanish (my second language), homeless came in yelling and was told to leave, cops came and arrested him and then started arguing with workers, never coming back felt like a world star video ps. Colonel Sanders is missing his foot how disrespectful to him

Before you order online make sure the chicken is fresh and haven’t been sitting up since they open because the manager will not make your food fresh, he is rude all will tell you he can’t make new chicken it’s kfc policy to not make fresh food until they sell all the old chicken first I went at 4 they open at 10:30 and I’m still waiting on my refund it’s been almost two weeks still nothing

Arguing with a customer over an order that was not taken properly is anything but unsavory. I can understand a mistake but to have an attitude when you're wrong, and then just go back and forth while making no effort to even fix it is ridiculous.

This is the slowest store ever. They can be as empty as can be and there will STILLLLLLL be a wait for your order. I'm literally standing in the store, NO OTHER GUESTS and still a wait.
