My mother is up here visiting so she wants to eat at KFC so I took her to this location after being treated rudely at the other store just for them to tell us they don't have enough business so they not cooking anything fresh so take it or leave it so we left it I don't understand where the customer service was and he said he was the manager of the store a employee told us not to eat there they racist and I WILL MAKE SURE I LET EVERYONE KNOW THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO EAT FOR OUT OF TOWN PEOPLE

Okay this chicken is extremely past the hold time. Please at least change your menu to chicken jerky if you're gonna serve this. The other one is hard on one side and soggy on the other. All three have hardened chewy spots from sitting far to long in the hold unit. I'd like to note that the staff was friendly but they served me old chicken so they got a star off for that. All in all you should never hold chicken more than an hour because it's quality goes way down. This is disappointing and if I wasn't between my first and second shift for the day I'd ask them to fix it.

This food was disgusting. The grease was so old that I had to get cups of hot water to rinse my mouth it was so thick and nasty. I mean like several times it was like old motor oil or something. It was so disgusting I thought I was going to have to wash my mouth with soap to get that thick old nasty oil out of my mouth. I cant believe they served this crap to us. The whole box literally had nasty brown old grease all over it. My poor grandmother ate this before I knew as she made our plates. They are going to get someone killed serving this old nasty greased food.

I have been going here for 15 yrs!I was there Wednesday and ordered a 3 pc meal but wanted 2 sides. The employee takes my order and charges me$15 for the meal! I was like the meal is 10 60 for the number 8 combo why didn't you ring me up as that combo. The response from the hispanic male there was "sorry we can't make suggestions " blatantly ripped me off bit that's OK im done after this poor customer service. Employees are rude and act as if you are a bother upon entering the store. As I was there another customer came in complaining on how it takes forever in drive thru smh
