Went for my fave Chicken sandwich $3.99. One sandwich was warm other was cold. Cold is also how I would describe young lady working drive thru. She did not utter a word at the window, no greet, no thank you, nothing.

The food was great. As I was waiting on my food. I saw an employee eating fries out of the bin. I asked the management to dispose of them because she put her hand in the fries and was eating them. They did throw them out. As a certified food service manager, you know that is not sanitary. Please retrain All Employees. Because the management was there she did not take the Appropriate action. Thank you

Rude employee & manager, never recommend to visit there
So i arrived at the drive thru @ 12:43pm and received the worst customer service in fast food. I ordered a fillup box with a two piece dark. I was told i couldn’t substitute fries for the mash potatoes. I really don’t understand why every other kfc can do so but this location can’t. Then the beverage taste like armpits really disgusting 🤢. And other thing why is the phone disconnected what kind of establishment are you’ll running?

The food was hot and fresh, but the guy working at the front counter does not like his job, and you can tell. First off, they do not accept digital coupons even though they have signs everywhere stating you can use your points for items, but not at this location. Then, ordering through the kiosk, it did not give me an option to choose my drink and seems how the fountain machine was not working in the dining area, I ended up with a Pepsi and the guy at the counter did not care and just walked away. The service at this location is horrible, and I will go to another location the next time I want KFC.
