Went to get a meal for the family after a long day hoping for an easy grab and go experience. After getting more than 60$ worth of food we asked for a dipping sauces. We asked if we could get a small sauce of gravy to dip our chicken fingers in. The manager butts in the conversation and proceeds to show all the dipping sauces and day gravy is not a tipping sauce. We have done this before at this exact location and we stated this and he said never at this location. Then he proceeded to be rude and underhanded by giving us the absolute smallest chicken I can assume they had and argue with us the rest of the time. The managers name Quentin and he should not be in a position of power and is NOT a good representative of the KFC brand or name.

Writing to get KFCs attention. ordered twice on the app. it took my money. then 20 minutes later it says “oops your order is cancelled”. had a house full of hungry people so i drove over. had to get a manager to place the order. the manager refused to honor the app offers as the store can’t do it. come on KFC you can do better fix your app

I normally do not leave reviews. But I just left this location about 20 mins ago its now 7:43 pm. The young man that was working the drive through had the most amazing customer service 👏 it is so often that you get employees who seem like they dont want to be bothered or do their job..but this young man really had a polite demeanor to him and I appreciate it so much. Thank you.

Great KFC location, it's tough to find the entrance using Google Maps, so just drive up Space Center Blvd till you get to the entrance driveway. As for the KFC itself, the workers are very friendly, the food is good, and they don't give you a hard time about making modifications to your order. If you live in Southeast Houston, Clear Lake, Webster, or League City then this is the location for you!

I’ve been visiting this KFC weekly for many months now. The food is outstanding and always fresh. Dexter is super smiley and friendly and handles grouchy customers really well! Management is also really helpful.
I got the two piece meal for six dollars and my biscuit was bigger than both pieces combined. I will not go back to the store again. It was embarrassing ridiculous. I wish I could post a picture, but it’s not letting me

Small portion BIG PRICE! Two four inch chicken tenders and a biscuit for $7.29.Why is KFC getting so expensive, just for chicken. What wrong having better deals KFC? I paid for the wife lunch for $7.31,she got a better order than I did. Small mash potato, thigh and leg plus biscuit. It's highway robbery. So watch your quantity of food for the price. Disgraceful...
