This place has really gone downhill. Ordered food last night 8-13-25. Workers were rude, fries were at least a day old. No sauces. No straws. Won't be going back to this location.

I went to this location not long ago & this was THE WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER. The shift lead or store manager (as she titled herself) , Alicia provided the worst customer service I could have ever imagined. She took my order through the drive thru & never repeated what I asked for to confirm she had it right. Then when I arrived at the window to pay, as he still did not confirm my order. She told me how much my total was & it was only when I asked about my drink size being a medium instead of a large that I had to ask her about what was advertised on the display when I ordered. She proceeded to tell me my order came with medium sides & she charged me for large everything. I rarely eat here so I assumed she knew what she was doing & what I wanted… as I was clear when I ordered. I got home with my two kids ( up 3 flights of apt stairs) just to open the bag to a complete wrong order. I asked for the 8 piece family box - 2 large sides & she gave me 5 piece tender with large upgrades to the remaining of the order. I returned to the store & told her about my order. She shrugged her shoulders & said “that’s what you ordered” with a smirk on her face as I was clearly frustrated. She did not apologize for the miscommunication and instead went back and forth with me about how that’s what I ordered so that’s what I got. It wasn’t until I had to ASK once again “how can we fix this?”. She said I must bring the food in first and then she can refund me & charge me. I told her I would not bring the food in until she dropped fresh chicken & I see my correct food is being made. She continued to smirk & shrug her shoulders. I brought the food in and asked if she would be dropping fresh food. Her response was “no. I will give you that” and pointed to old chicken in the oven rack that clearly looks dry & overheated. She refused to provide corporates contact & when I said one cuss word after all the back and forth- she called the cops. I eventually left & called corporate to report her actions in which they provided store credit but this does not resolve my experience with the supposed rude & unprofessional “store manager”. If you are looking to be serviced with care, consideration, and concern… do not go to THIS location especially if Alicia is there. You will be highly disappointed.

Ordered 8 wings...had to wait the 9 mins to cook....got home....were not cooked through..6 hours later i was blowing things out from 1985....wasnt a cool experience

Came up and made an order got home. My order was wrong. My sides were not correct. So how to come back up to get it fixed now? Pretty much gonna throw it away, because it's gonna be cold. Very unprofessional, they need to make sure they fix orders properly to avoid this problem next time, I'll drive further down. And go to churches, maybe we'll get lucky and we'll put a new chicken place by here and close kfc down
No receipt for my purchase and they gave me wrong food for my order. They never have receipts at this place. What kind of customer service don't give their receipts?

It is embarrassing to see how rude the male workers are here. They have no respect for themselves or their own coworkers or guests. They messed up on my order multiple times as well. If you’re gonna be an asshole at least to make my food right

Drive thru staff was rude. The manager did call to address the staff members treatment though. So i respect them for the fact they do follow up and listen to customers. Never heard of their sauce STICKY CHICKY till my recent visit. That gave us a much needed laugh.
The food was not good! The chicken was horrible looked like it was cooked in old grease! I got sick from the food and had a terrible stomach ache and severe diarrhea!!!

How are yall going make me pay 36 dollars and some change for a family meal and only give me literally half of my order? Didn't think to bother to check my order because you guys were on point everytime I would order. And I called several times around 9 tonight to talk to management only for the call to be pick up and no one is answering the call
