Didn't think to bother to check my order because you guys were on point everytime I would order. And I called several times around 9 tonight to talk to management only for the call to be pick up and no one is answering the call

Constant horrible experiences. Constant issues with the drive thru speaker. The employees do not know how to speak clearly and proficiently to be understood by through the drive-thru speaker. Ended up in half of what the employee saying being a garbled mess. Me going "huh" I can not understand what you are saying. More back and forth, ending up in a short shouting match. Resulting in the drive thru window being slammed in my face after being told by the African-American male (would not give his name and was not visible to us), that I will not speak to him in any manner and being refused service because we could not understand what was being said through the speaker. So, we took our business elsewhere and will not be back to this location because of the repeated issue we have had with various staff at this location.

Not welcoming AT ALL The lady in the drive thru was rude she was cutting us all the whole order, she sound confused so we asked her to repeat our order she said pull forward once we got to the window it smelt like a sewer. The lady began to read our order back fast as ever getting items wrong. I asked for my food fresh she replied âit is freshâ and then said the chicken takes 30mins to make I asked her 30mins to make fresh chicken, she said yes when we was leaving she said bye bye sarcastically, like how rude Iâm so happy I did not eat at this restaurant.

I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but every time I come here, it seems that im always dissatisfied with my order. My order is wrong or the food doesnât taste right. I bought the brownie for the first time and itâs horrible. Who eats a hard, cold brownie? I called the store multiple times to make sure it was supposed to be that way, and absolutely no one answered the phone. extremely dissatisfied, will not be coming here anymore.

Opening hours said 10am, waited until 10:10am no one came to unlock. There we're employees inside but no one acknowledged me or came to tell me they were not ready. Completely ignored me. It was raining outside. They could have at least acknowledged me. Not going back.
Worst KFC. It was very very oily and I felt heavy. I bought 12pc bucket but I couldnât finish just 1pc. Very disappointing

The cashier with piercing worse customer service and not properly greeting the customers. And total experience suck and if u order online donât go by the time it says itâs ready. Theyâll get it ready when u tell them u had a online order Cuz there answer was they donât go by whatâs order online

6/27/24 $50.47 for the smallest chicken pieces I have ever seen, ridiculous!! I know things have gone up and sizes have gotten smaller but these were the smallest drumsticks, small breast and wings I have ever seen. All dried up and no taste. In the same parking lot is Kroger you can get an 8 piece chicken for $8.99 and it is crispy, juicy, well seasoned BIG Pieces. Save your money and try the Kroger fried chicken. Kentucky is not worth almost $51 dollars for a 16 piece meal. The sides are nothing special, really. I had no idea that Kentucky had gotten so chinchy.

I have been craving Kentucky chicken for a very long time. I remember going to eat there and the chicken was so good. The flavor of the original was so good back then but today Saturday the 25th I got the special two piece chicken dinner for 4.99. I got , a little bitty drumstick along with a thigh I think they were miniature chickens. The flavor was not the same. So disappointed.
