I ordered online and there was a promotion to get 5 free nuggets with an order of 10$ or more. I put the order in the cart and when I got there they had my food but no nuggets. They said it didn't even register that I had them in the cart. I asked to speak to someone and I was told I'd have to wait 2 HOURS to speak to someone to resolve the issue because the manager/supervisor was absent at the time. I lost my temper and left. Moments later I felt bad for yelling at the cashier and called the location to apologize but nobody even picked up the phone. It's not the cashier's fault, I blame the poor leadership at this particular location. Why isn't anyone available to talk to or resolve conflicts?

Made a pickup order in advance for a fill-up box for 7:15pm and arrived right on time. Got home <10min later and discovered the food was completely cold. I’m assuming somebody assembled the order over an hour before pickup and just left it on a counter somewhere. Additionally, the breading on the chicken looked a little too dark and one of my sauces were wrong.

We had irder thru drive thru, and when we got home, our order was wrong in one item. So we had to go bad and they fixed it. Drive thru was quick, though the place wasn't crowded. We've been inside to dine in on other occasions, and they keep the place clean and the restroom. The food at KFC is always good. We enjoy going back just nit rhe mistakes in the order lol.

Absolutely horrible service. My entire order was wrong. I kept calling the restaurant since my order was to go, but nobody ever answered. I want to add that I had to wait for my order over 10 minutes parked at the front of the restaurant. Finally made it home despite the heavy traffic and bad weather only to find my entire order was WRONG! Where is the accountability? And not only was it incorrect, but I was overcharged since I received less food than what I paid for. I want to speak to someone because this is not okay.

A mixed bag for sure, when they get everything right it's a decent KFC all things considered but when they make mistakes it shows big time.
10-17-23 8:45pm We stopped here for some good chicken. Ordered a crispy 3 piece and a Pepsi. What I was given is this falling apart grease slop you see here. Just as I opened it Never again KFC! Popeyes here we come....

About 3 months ago we had a horrible experience here.we decided to try it again and I'm so glad we did! We went through the drive thru and Alejandro was great and the food was so good! Definitely be coming back.the whole crew was

I had not been to KFC and decades and for the first time I wanted to try it, I went through the drive thru and the manager at the window was so rude ,she said I don't have biscuits,but you can have another side I said coleslaw , then when I looked in the box there was an old biscuit , and I tried to asked her where's the coleslaw that you said I could have, and she said rudely ( you can go now) well I justgave her the nasty food back and got my refund , I can tell you I'll never go back
