I’m sorry but this lady that appears to be a manager of some sort is very rude and disrespectful. She is not a people person and has a very stinky attitude. This isn’t the first time this has happened when we come through the drive-through that she has an attitude doesn’t even greet you smile or etc.

I ordered a four piece chicken combo thigh drum wing and breast sweet tea Mac cheese and coleslaw biscuit. Good order. Till I received my order the chicken was over fried and smelled two days old. I order from door dash it was on time. Ate one piece (the breast) money on chicken wastedTell your people to don’t send out orders that’s not fresh (chicken) This order was on Federal Rd

On 2 seperate occasions i ordered the 2 piece original and both times it was NOT the original recipe crust - I told them about it and they said they changed the oil - I asked another customer if they noticed the difference and they said yes - the crust was not the original recipe that I ordered - just a heads up !!!
