So I arrived here and it about to be 15mins after 10 I went to open door and they was locked so I called phone and to see if they was gonna be opened Hispanic lady says yes we are I let her know the doors are locked she sends a black lady with. Braid lock to come open we she opens the door other door and starts cleaning the doors window I’m at and so I go in and order food and as I’m waiting she smarts off I don’t know why people have to cry cause door was not open very unprofessional I mean isn’t that how a business makes money other then that the way the parking also sucks but I wasn’t happy with that statement

Not only do they close the inside door early the lady named Virginia is the worst customer server and treats the other workers like dogs . I’m so disappointed.She is so rude and condescending reading these reviews I think we all talking about this same person . Do better management ,same person every time .

I've been here 4 times and everytime there is something missing or wrong with the order and then you get attitude from the employes when you try to get it fixed and have to wait forever.

Customer service was horrible the manager herself was very unprofessional and her hygiene was unbearable. I waited for 45 minutes and then they employees comes out and tells me that I had chicken strips so it takes a while. I will be notifying the the corporate office and people shouldn’t be working as mangers without the proper training. Service and staff were the worse. Food trucks customer service then the restaurants these days.

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Waited 47 minutes for 5 tenders and a mashed potato. All the staff were absolutely terrible. The suppose to be manager was rude as well. Never will I ever return.

They were good but they also seem a tad...understaffed. I mean they did that night as they were juggling drive thru folks and very few lobby folks. But they served me well and thought that is good enough for me to not hate them.

Worker was rude and yelling at through the ordering screen. Cussed me out for no reason and stopped taking my order halfway. Idk why she was so mad the place was literally empty, like if it was full I would’ve understood since she would’ve been stressed, but the place was literally empty. Honestly tho she should be mad bc like girl why are you still working fast food at your big age.
