Ordered via app so i guess it automatically assumes you're taking out but I stayed in. The staff was far more attentive to drive-thru than the lobby guests. After awhile I asked about my meal and was told it's taking awhile, whole time it was sitting in their take-out bin getting more stale. The "sauced" nuggets was barely sauced. Whats the point of advertising sauce nuggets if more than half of them are dry and definitely not fresh???

Pieces of chicken have gotten smaller! Side portions are the same. Prices are higher but not worth the smaller portions of chicken. Not wheelchair friendly. Handicap parking and good parking spots.
The chicken pieces were super small, extra cooked, dry and greasy. Even the grease in the bucket was black.... very un healthy. Did not have time to return the items. Just had to get other food for my family. I will never return nor recommend this place..????
The customer service was friendly and helpful when ordering. My family meal was more than enough and everyone was happy with the portions. ( a lot of leftovers) overall the food was fresh and warm so no complaining here from me.I will most definitely come back.
Place was clean, food was good and made quickly. Didn't get sick after I ate it, so you can't really complain. However.....they don't do the hot wings anymore so I will complain.
Went in and waited a little bit to order and never even got acknowledged. Walked backed out. Didn't feel like they wanted my business. Now I see why there was only one person eating and it was lunch time. Only way to get food here is drive-thru.
