Not my favorite place. I attended kfc on 12/11/2025 and ordered the new hot wings. They were dark in color which I thought was the the spicy seasoning. To my surprise I discovered they were old. I am angry. The server knew they were old. That was so wrong. How could he serve that kind of food to people with a clear conscience!!!!

I haven’t experienced service this bad in a long time… The cashier that was taking orders for drive thru around 11:30 AM, a young African American girl with glasses, had a serious attitude problem.
I had two mobile orders for pickup and she still somehow managed to mess up the order.
I waited 15 minutes just to receive cold food and food was also missing from my order.
I then pulled up to the drive thru again and the same girl spoke on the speaker and when I tried to explain to her what happened she then yelled through the speaker, that she couldn’t hear me. I then asked if she could hear me now, then she proceeded to further agitate the situation and tried to make my wife and I come in for a physical confrontation.
Hands down, this is the worst experience I’ve gone through a restaurant in a long time and I will definitely not be returning here and I would suggest to not bother wasting your time, energy, and money coming here.
I hope this location either gets better management or gets shut down.

Today 8/20/25 I went to the drive by window. Ordered 2 #7 which has 3 pieces of chicken 2 sides and 1 biscuit with a drink. I specifically requested one of the orders to have a mashed potatoe and Cole slaw sides and the other order to have 2 mashed potatoes. I got home and my order was... 1 mashed potatoes and no other side. Yes that's right, it was missing. The other order had 2 Cole slaw. THIS NIT WHAT I ORDERED. I AM LIVID. HOW CAN A SIMPLE ORDER BE SO SCREWED UP? HOW DIFFICULT WAS MY ORDER? I PAID A LOT .... AND FOR WHAT? TO BE ANGRY TO THE POINT I DON'T WANT THIS FOOD. NEVER EVER AGAIN..KFC.

I ordered spicy chicken sandwich but got honey spice. I ordered 2 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy added coleslaw but got a container of gravy, no mashed potatoes. Neither order was completed correctly.
The food is delicious, the service is outstanding. But the prices are outrageous. Who can afford these sides? Even with great specials the sides prices will have you on your knees.
