Horrible.. The staff as well as the food . Staff does not acknowledge you at the drive thru. The 2 Hispanic ladies saw me at the window and kept talking they act like l wasnβt even there. I will NEVER go back EVER

Went in to get my online order for 8 pieces of chicken πππ . I get it don't look well always look before you leave ππ bc I got a bucket of thighs and old greasy chicken legs ππ π€’ π€’ I ate 3 pieces on top that were ok after that I had old chicken it was supposed to be original recipe ππ I bite into it and all the old crust falls off . 8 pieces of chicken for 10$ was a bad mistake on my part read the comments below πππππππππππππππππ read ππππππππππππππ

I know that an employee mistakenly gave the order to someone else without asking for proof of purchase, and the manager was very unprofessional. It was a mistake made by a new employee, and they refused to replace the chicken that had already been taken by someone else, even though we had proof of our order. We even had to reorder. It was a terrible experience.

Waited in drive thru for over five minutes with no word, get to window and no one comes to it for multiple minutes, go inside to wait behind some old women and they take someone's order at the drive thru and get them served before I can even order. Worst service.

Very disappointed with this locationβs customer service. When I walked in, no one acknowledged me at all, even though there were no other customers in the lobby. I waited a long time just to place my order, and it took even longer for them to prepare it. The lack of urgency and basic customer courtesy was frustrating. I wonβt be returning to this location.

Purchased a 12 piece family dinner and when we sat down to eat it was the WORSE tasting chicken we have ever had. It tasted like it was fried in old oil or that it had been left out to spoil. Kids and adults took a bite and literally spite it out and proceded to throw the food out. When you consider $40.04 for a meal that you toss out it will be the last time I visit this establishment.
Online order for pickup, location said they never got it. Didnβt care about my receipt from the app, with the ready for pickup confirmation, or overall providing any assistance what so ever. Just said they wonβt help.
Manager lady immediately escalated it to an 11 and got extremely rude when i asked how to get a refund, so we left.
Apparently you have to call in or submit through the app, but the nasty manager was too busy being a terrible person to explain that.
Nobody reads these types of comments, but the owners need to listen to the way their staff talks to the customers. Hopefully yet another one star review of this place makes it clear how downhill they are going.

I placed an order on the app for pick up at 12:15 PM. I went into the establishment and waited 15 minutes before someone even acknowledged me and asked me if I needed to order or had pick up. Waited 10 more minutes for my order. Checked it before I left, no drinks or sauces that I pre-ordered were included. My $7 famous bowl had 2 chicken pieces and the potatoes tasted like cleaning products.

Go to another KFC. Even if it takes you another 5 minutes, you'll still get your order before this place finishes.
Encountered a rude worker who wouldn't give me my order because the order email from KFC didn't have my name on it. Gave her the order number and she wouldn't even check it.
She would only give me my order if I could show her something with my name on it.
Then when I showed her my order, she shoved it to me and walked off.
Oh, the best part? When I first arrived, I told this worker my name and that I was there for a mobile pick up order. Thought she heard me, but apparently she ignored me and walked off.
My order was sitting there - complete - for over 5 minutes while I waited for someone to acknowledge me and give me my order.
Also, I got a Mike's Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. Instead, I got a chicken sandwich that was SMOTHERED in mayonnaise.
Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
