If I could give negative stars I would for this location. I made an order on the app for pick up, headed to the location, ask for my order as there are no orders ready in the designated area. Told it's not ready yet, then I am told someone already picked it up. Not sure how that is possible had the order set for pick up not delivery and my address was never entered into the app. They refused to make it right, no refund, not going to make the order again. Get handed a phone and some lady, I think it was a lady voice was awful, screams at me to just call the 1 800 number. Do yourself a favor KFC and close the location or get better people. Readers do not order off the app for pick up if you decide to use this location.

Wanted to try the honey bbq wings, so I ordered 6. Received 6 plan wings and gave them back. Received 6 wings with sauce and drove home only to realized I received 6 hot and spicy wings. No one mentioned that they were out of honey bbq sauce, so I don't understand how they messed up my order twice.

I will never eat here again. Ordered the food like normal at the register, we were taking it to go. While waiting for the food I went to put Dr. Pepper in my cup and it came out straight CO2 no syrup. I asked the manager because she was the only one standing there if someone could replace the syrup. She looked up from her cell phone and said we are out with an attitude then looked back down at her phone and walk away. I dont believe I've ever encountered a crappier manager! She didn't even have a sign saying out of soda. Walking up to the soda machine it smelt like warm vomit. Im not sure if it was a dirty machine or what. Got home to eat our chicken bucket with coleslaw and potatoes with gravy as well as a side pot pie. All of the pot pie tops were burnt. The coleslaw tasted sour and the fried chicken was soggy and falling apart. In all honesty the only things that tasted good were the mashed potatoes and gravy as well as the biscuits. Id say the mashed potatoes were better than Popeyes in my opinion because popeyes makes them a little runnier and the bisquits were really soft and fluffy tasting. Nothing else about KFC was pleasing. To top it off it upset mine and my husband's stomach shorty after. If you want great crispy chicken then just go to Popeyes.

Waited in the drive through way to long for my chicken to have 4 out of 6 pieces bloody. The older lady at the window was trying to be patient but seem overwhelmed. Store was empty and drive thru was crowded. Seemed to be low staffed and not having food ready. Will be back for a refund and I will not return . I do not want food replaced attempted to call several times of coarse no answer . So welcome to google & these wings just came back yea yuck!! Ain’t gotta worry bout me

My family and I stopped eating at KFC years ago because the food wasn't measuring up to other chicken places and service was terrible. We decided to give it another try. The food as well as the service at the Louetta location was overcooked, old, and the original recipe chicken was naked chicken sitting in some old dark brown grease. We were rushing and didn't check our food before driving off. The attached picture shows exactly how the chicken looked. I didn't get a picture of the wedges because after trying to chew through them; we threw them out; the dog wouldn't even eat them. Those wedges had to have been sitting out all day. I was too scared to even try the chicken. If it hadn't been storming, I definitely would have took this slop back to them. It all went in the trash; hard earned money was lost!

Do not go to this KFC. Food took an over for a basket of chicken. They forgot biscuits and the chicken was bad and gave my family and I food poisoning.
Apparently the employees here do not care what you ordered on Fri 7/11/25 at 7:40pm. They just give you whatever they want to or have. I ordered two big boxes which would have been 4 breasts and 2 wings but instead I received 1 breast, 1 wing, 3 thighs, and a leg. Also I ordered extra biscuits and was shorted on that as well. How is that even close but being that it was an Uber Eats order I am screwed. Don't be jerks. Do better and give me what I paid for.

I waited 20 minutes they had to redo my order because they dropped the wrong chicken. I ordered the Nashville hot wings in the wings are disgusting, they don’t taste fresh and not real chicken batter. I tried to call the location, but no one is answering the phone, unfortunately. Highly do not recommend every time I come to this KFC the service Horrible!

Like most of the one star reviews already mentioned, this place is terrible. I ordered extra crispy and the chicken came out extra mushy. Horrible customer service on top of the already horrible fried chicken shows that they just don't care. Pretty sad on how far this location has declined, and KFC in general.
