My tacos were good, but service was spotty. The dining area was filthy... Not a single clean table. Some chairs and the floor had drinks spoiled on them. Staff was busy talking on the back. Only 3 customers in the 69 minutes I was there. Drive through window was not busy enough to keep them from cleaning the place.And why do you need my name to serve me a meal? That is an invasion of privacy and just plain rude. Drop the Starbucks name game. I don't want my name or a fake name yelled out. This is not grade school. If I'm the only customer in the last hour and you have a meal ready.... Duh. It must be mine.

I trusted you and did not check my order before leaving. I arrived home and had to eat someone's order. I hope the other customer enjoyed my order because I was eating their order really agitated with an angry smile.

Oct 2022 - The young kid who handled my order was very rude, and gave me cold fries and Luke warm chicken, and a passively rude attitude. Not the kind of person I want handling my food. Places like Chick Fil A and Raising Cane's should not be the only places with consistently positive customer service. I'll edit my review when I come back and have a better experience.

Denis is a great employee. Gives great customer service very observant and always serves you with a smile. He also remembers me from my lunch breaks super nice guy. Food always 10 out of 10 when he's working.
This location is a KFC and Taco Bell combined. I ordered a #3 three pc chicken meal. The nicest gentleman behind the counter said I should get the #6 three pc that comes with 2 sides vs the #3 that has one side. It is the same price! The meal was fresh and hot and tasted fantastic. This was a nice experience and I'll be back.Parking: Plenty of parking

Came to KFC on 610 and yale and I feel this is by far the best KFC out there. The staff is very nice and friendly...no nasty attitudes!! The food is very fresh and hot the only negative thing I have to say is that some menu items are not available anymore but other than that everything was excellent. I highly recommend this location.

I have to say... Some KFC locations are questionable, both in staffing and food quality, but this location was EXCELLENT. Original recipe it tasted like I remember it from years ago, real flavorful. Everything was clean and employees were pleasant. I'm-a-going-back!!

I walked in to grab my order and their were three workers in the front and as soon as I walked in and to the counter they moved into a corner to finish their conversation and I kept saying excuse me and they all looked at me and looked back and continued talking. Then one of them approached me and said what do you want and I told him to pick my order up and him and another guy yelled saying no no we don't have it and continued to do what they were doing. They need new workers because I won't go back
