Got the Double Mash on the app for Edgebrook. Freaking app after I payed changed it to Gulfgate location. I went around the drive-thru again. Ordered Double Mash again. Showed them what happened and said it was Gulfgate. No shit I can read. Took the food back to my kids. The chicken was inedible. The people gave me the oldest, driest and darkest chicken leftovers. I had to get pizza. If you know the chicken is horrible why serve it to your customers. I called repeatedly and no answer. I'm calling the food inspector next.

Worst KFC every my mom told the lady if the drive through she has a cupón and the lady ignored my mom and charged her extra and when my mom told her about the extra money she said she didn’t hear her and we added a Baja blast drink she she forgot to give it to us yet charge it worst place I have ever been to horrible people !! 😡

There wasn’t really customers wasn’t busy. Manager looked to be in office but didn’t come out til a car pulled up in drivethru. 1 cook and 1 employee bagging. Checked items and was missing large side I had ordered extra. Told them and still gave me a small. When called to complain they lied and said oh you can come back. No I shouldn’t have to. I was already there and told you what was missing . Very rude don’t care much for customers

My chicken sandwich was terrible, my chicken was dry and hard so I was unable to eat it. My first drink (Pepsi)was bad so when I asked for something different ( fruit punch) it was worse. My service was equally as bad as my food. I will not be returning to this location.

KFC makes tenderest Fried Chicken it usually most of the time is never greasy or oily. Their waffles are good and great. Thanks to this place i hope to continue to enjoy the best meals on all occasions.
