I pulled off and didn’t get my order because they couldn’t take a very simple order at the drive thru window. Poor customer service is the reason why many nostalgic fast food restaurants have to close locations. Please do better. Although I don’t eat here often, I would hate to see this restaurant closed next year.

I went through the drive-thru at the KFC on Highway 6 and Bellaire and had an excellent experience thanks to Titus. I ordered a 2-piece chicken with mashed potatoes, and everything was hot, fresh, and prepared just right. Titus was polite, efficient, and made the process smooth and pleasant. It’s not often you get that kind of service at a drive-thru, and it really stood out. Five stars all the way!
I placed an order through the KFC app and was really disappointed. The food was cold by the time I got it, and I specifically ordered the potato wedges (which just made their big return) with the hot honey wings, but they gave me French fries instead. The wedges were the main reason I went, so it was very frustrating to get home and realize my order wasn’t right.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. The food is rarely fresh and the quality is consistently disappointing. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service, because customers deserve better.
