I enjoy good food and service. At this location ( on Highway 6), I experienced neither. The good news is this, the KFC location at 12499 Westheimer Rd is also nearby. There the staff and the food are good.

Anytime I come here I never have any issue but today I had an issue with my points unfortunately when I spoke with the manager he was very professional and helped me without any hastily shout out to you I wasn't able to catch your name

When the economy is bad, this is the worst KFC to go to. They didn't even know what the special sandwich (Mike's Hot Honey sandwich and tenders were). And when I got my order, hardly any sauce was on the tenders. None was on the chicken sandwich. I was too frustrated to even go back. All for about $18. What a waste. Drive further if you must, but don't waste time and money here.

I said that the ordering speaker for 5 to 10 minutes nobody said anything when I went to the window I sat there for another 3 minutes and then the woman come to the windowto me and said she said something at the speaker I don't know what they was doing in there but I couldn't get service so I left and she finally come to the window named Alex but it took too long she need to be fired they're not taking care of your customers this happened at 6:22 p.m. on Monday

Food smelled spoiled fries were hard and dried up. I had to throw the chicken away male employees nails were so long and dirty. I'm calling corporate to complain about the owner. Giving Kfc a bad name

I ordered online for quick pickup and received the $5 off $10 deal on a four piece with 2-sides in the KFC app. I pulled up to the window to tell the guy how I wanted my meal. Not only did it take a while but my order was not as I requested, chicken wasn’t fresh and tasted old, and I got mixed original and crispy even when I indicated on the app original recipe. I like KFC but not all locations are the same. This location at 7195 S Texas 6, Houston, TX 77083 is one I will avoid.

After running a couple of errands.I decided to stop and get dinner before heading home.So I placed an order online to pickup.It was not ready at the time it was supposed to.Then I inquired how much longer it will be and he said ten minutes.Employee was arguing with management.Ten minutes came and went then he said ten minutes again then when that ten minutes was almost up then he said five minutes for biscuits.Never was offered anything complimentary for the long wait time.Then when I finally got my order it was wrong.This location needs to be retrained because they were very very rude and unprofessional.

This location is horrible! No wonder it's always empty. Small servings and small chicken pieces with extremely high prices.

Customer service is awful! I won't be back. It's over with for me with KFC!
Especially when they discontinued the little parfait buckets. Bring those back and MAYBE, l'll consider returning.

Last Tuesday, me and my brother went to KFC to buy some chicken, along with rolls, corn, and macaroni and cheese. The food is alright and we had some of that last Tuesday night.
