Told to wait 20 minutes for an 8pc original. 30 minutes later we get the order. We got home and my order was wrong . . Tried calling the store and they don't answer their phone.

First things, first, I pull into the drive through at 9:20 PM to get a family meal. I'll go to the drive through and all they have is dark meat, I want white meat tenders look cook as already left for the day and the drive through lady is not helping matters at all. They barely have any food so how are these people in business at 9:20 at night??!! Who even eats dark meat???? This KFC needs better management.

I’m writing this review bc I had the most exceptional customer Service experience here. The man who serve me at the drive-through was Marcus. When I asked his name I heard Marcus, however, on the receipt it says Titus so I’m assuming I probably mixed their names up or got it wrong which is my bad. but either way, Marcus literally helped me find all in stuf I need and was super duper effecirnt

This is not about the food, but about a double billing refund that is taking so long to happen.I usually like to use cash in places like KFC, where I do not see them swipe my card but I bought more things than I initially planned and ended up using my card. Got the meal and receipt (always insist on getting your receipt), drove off but later discovered I was charged twice.I called and spoke with the cashier, she checked and confirmed she had double-charged me, took the necessary details for a refund. One month, one visit and several calls later, she is yet to give me the refund. I have now been able to speak to everyone but her, and although the people who picked up the calls confirmed that I am owed a refund, they say the cashier is the only one who has the authority to issue the refund.Such an inconvenience!!

It was ok but KFC does have good food, but the food wasn't prepared the way I know the EMPLOYEES should do it. My chicken skin was not like KFC does it. I believe the employees are half doing their job, but the restaurant looked nice & clean.

Wanted to try their new hot wings. No luck 6 cars ahead of me all waiting for wings with a 20 minute or more wait. I will have to try another night.
