I love this place I come to this place for lunch basically once a week I've always thought this place was good but today I seen something that is making me change my mind I saw the manager cleaning the soda machine I've never seen any fast food restaurant get the machines clean until today he took it apart was cleaning that hot water everything all the good works so that tells me this place is really nice and clean just want to say keep up the good work manager I hope you are recognized for your excellence because I know I sure recognized it I don't know his name but today's date is August the 4th 2025 and it is 101 and I'm late for work KFC the manager keep up the good work as well as a good staff you have working for you everybody good work

So dirty My shoes kept sticking the the floor like they haven’t mopped in weeks maybe months. all the tables where dirty and sticky . dead bugs on every window . the food was so nasty no flavor at all . they where not busy but no one was around to take my oder for 10 minutes they acted like i was not there ….

Ok ordered online, and as usual KFC on Saums Rd screws the pooch and messes up the order. Ordered 2 Double Mash Meal, supposed to get the following: I breast 2 Drum 2 thigh 2 wings 2 large sides of Mash & Gravy And 1 extra drum. Got 1 of each and got 1 each chicken and no Mash & gravy. Why should I expect good service from KFC when I get this? Warning don't go here.

I live nearby for the last 20 years. I don't come here often. I was craving some KFC and decided to take my dad. We dined inside. When I tell you, the size of these chicken pieces were ridiculous!!! The leg was the size of my thumb. Not only that, but I took a bite and it was cold. I walked backed up there very politically, and asked them for fresh chicken. Not even 35 seconds later because i timed it, it was supposedly ready. What a disappointment, nasty chicken.

They're remodeling has started to look better!
Drive-thru services good. Most of the employees are friendly KFC original is the best! Many spices and way they prepare it makes it special.
