I usually go to this KFC and I really like it; the food is very good and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend it. The only problem I had was a bad experience there. Once, when I went through the drive-thru, they made me wait more than 30 minutes because a woman in front of me wanted her food for free just because she wanted fresh chicken. I found this out from the cashier, who apologized to me after the woman left and offered me something free for my wait. They were very kind, and overall, it was a good experience.

The guy at the front counter was horrible. He kept walking away from the counter to see if they had enough chicken. It was six of us, he walked away twice, then turned around and walked away to see if they had enough chicken to the guy that was behind me. The ketchup was stuck together. The drinks were flat. Not a good experience and they were not short staffed.

I'd suggest another KFC if you have time.

My five-star rating is not based on a high-end restaurant but for fast food, the end-result was great, but it didn't start off that way.

After purchasing a large order through the drive-thru, I got home to find the chicken soggy and the usual crispy skin, literally falling off.

I contacted the general manager, Itzel, who explained that the chicken was probably not given enough time to drain before it was placed in the buckets. She said when I come back, she would make it right.

Sure enough, a few days later, I went back, Itzel replaced all the chicken at no charge and offered a complimentary chocolate cake. Again she was very apologetic and pleasant. We typically don't eat fried chicken, but on the rare occasion that we do, we want it to be done right. The second batch was perfect!

It was so refreshing to have a general manager who was so pleasant and worked hard for complete customer satisfaction. As long as Itzel is the general manager, I will definitely go back!

Omg this was the absolute best order I had in years from K.F.C . Jasmine was so pleasant taking my order. She was very attentive that was so appreciated cause these days quality customer service is rare, especially online. Once I got my order a bit into my hot wing I felt so satisfied, they were crunchy and super fresh. If you everrr want your chicken cooked to perfection with love ASK IF NORA IS THERE. She’s the M.V.P👏🏾👏🏾Thanks guys.

KFC incident report # 748363987. EYELASH IN FOOD. Brought my food back and the general manager refused to replace my Pepsi because I did not bring the Pepsi back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
