I occasionally go to KFC and have been to this location in the past. This time…I got to say the quality food was better than expected… service was quick. Kudos to the boys that run the place.

Horrible manager service, didn’t see any utensils for my mashed potatoes, so when I asked for fork/spoon manager replied told me it’s outside in a rude tone! I sensed the rude reply, I lashed back and said “of this it the fork wrapped up like trash in the bin!”

So kBp in 2023 released text coupons. My mom received one today and all locations near us are rude and not wanting to accept the company coupons. Supposedly they have no scanners. Which is weird and doesn't make sense because it goes directly to the wallet. Then to make matters worse they haven't trained any of the workers obviously including the managers and the district manager to manually input the coupons. I never had problems with KFC like this. This is terrible. Customer service SUCKS ....,....

Hadn't had KFC in a very long time. Bought the 2 piece special, extra crispy. It wasn't tasty at all and tasted like it was made with old ingredients. Back to frying my own chicken again.

Personally, fast food replaces the time and energy for making food at home. I came to order a chicken sandwich but unfortunately they didn't have any at the time. I can understand that there will be certain items out of stock. Instead I ordered the chicken nuggets which was inexpensive. I suppose I got what I paid for, considering the taste of them. The barbeque sauce however was quite nice.
So for this review, all I can say about the atmosphere is that it feels out of place to want to go eat here, and that maybe its best to spend a little more time driving somewhere else to get some food.

This place went from bad to worse, terrible service alot of times they are out of Chicken, that's what they sell Chicken and they don't have Chicken Pies and I must say these place was very good a few months ago there use to be a night Mgr he was just awesome, would get orders in time , with a great customer service would open doors for you, yes sir yes mam thank you and now they have nothing but young people just straight out of High School no manners and no work Ethics... We stop going here, it's sad because it was convenient only a minute drive now we have to go to the one In Mason Rd.

Well, I love KFC but not this day. Chicken pot pie should have chicken in it. Two pieces is not enough. Biscuits shouldn't be rockish. I expected more.

My husband just attempted to purchase a famous bowl at this location. He was informed they were out of nuggets for the bowl. He then request chicken tenders and they share they're out of tenders. Lastly, he asks for chicken breast and lo and behold, they're out of white meat! I mean just lead with that. Smh

Darlene did they make the food fresh and hot but they were so positive the manager was directed in disguise and I heard him talking about Jesus! They are fine nice a great group of people
