Food was LUKE WARM and had been obviously sitting in the warmer past the alloted time for the chicken was dark around the edges . While waiting for my order I overheard the the young white male who appeared to be the manager cursing while there were other customers and myself in earshotAlong with him was a tall black male with braids threatening to do harm to somebody and the manager was alright with it!!! I would hope in the future they will put that same energy into serving fresh hot fries AND CHICKEN to their customers as they were spilling out hostile epithets in front of us. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION . GHEEEETOOOO and it obviously had NOTHING to do with race.

In the drive thru I got up charged for a soda. Never once did I ask for a large and the female cashier on Wednesday, 2/7 around 11:30am CT just rang me up with an up charge.Secondly, ordered mash potatoes. The clerks didn’t put any utensils in the bag. I drove back and asked for some and they said they were out. I was like how was I supposed to eat this mash? She shrugged. I had to ask for a different side. Common sense would flag your customers when you’re out of a utensil that is necessary to eat your fast food.Lastly, no napkins. Awful experience.

I didn’t catch his name but we had the pleasure of being served by the kindest employee working the drive thru tonight at the saums location . He had blue hair but he was so kind and patient with us !
This place has sadly gone down hill. It used to be a good spot but time after time it is a bad experience. This time I was asked to pull around so they do not get in trouble for not being fast enough. After waiting way too long we went inside to ask what's going on.There is water all over the floor from the roof leaking. The workers are freaking out because they cannot keep up with the demand (only 2 customers inside lol) the soda machine is leaking and looks like mold around it.I wish we had a good KFC near us. Guess we will have to start driving farther for a cleaner one.

My wife brought home an 8 piece bucket of supposedly crispy chicken. The chicken was inedible. The coating was rock hard or mushy and the chicken itself was like shoe leather. I would guess it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour or more. It’s one and done at this location.

Ordered online didn’t get any sauces even though I payed extra. Second time from this store, while their sister store is always on point, didn’t receive a straw either, if I’m paying for the convenience of not driving there, everything should arrive as it was ordered. They can’t get their s#ït together.
