Overall it was ok. But lobby was really dirty and it was empty. I suggest to keep it clean instead of just hanging out. Original chicken was flavored but crispy was dull.

What i got was soggy greasy chicken I didn't ask for in the first place.
The fries and biscuits are good though.
I'd like to think I should have stuck with nuggets but God only knows what they would've given me if I had asked for that.

Drive thru 7 pm on a Monday.
Not busy. Order completely wrong. Ordered Mac and cheese got a bucket of corn, fries tasted like shoe strings found in Chernobyl, chicken was old and under a warmer, 30 bucks in the trash. The worst part, I was the only person in line. What exactly was the 6 staff kitchen doing besides royally screwing up my order and evening for free? Kingwood KFC is trash and the staff, don't go there!!!

I love to go to this kfc. I got help by a girl named Norma and she is always so nice and helpful and always has a good attitude when she helps me. I wood return to this location because of her she always goes above and beyond for customers. I’ve been to other places and people can be rude and lazy when helping you. But not her

Just went to this KFC and no fault of the people working there but when the price at the drive-through shows 8.49 and you pull up it’s 11.49. I told them of the discrepancy and they said the price went up. I explained that they really need to honor the posted price or it’s false advertising, but they couldn’t adjust it so I just left.
Ordered ahead of time to save time and they didn't start putting the food together until I got here. Plus they arent wearing gloves 🤮
I ordered hot wings and was told they were cooked to order, which I was fine waiting 10 minutes for. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the wings were the wrong flavor (honey BBQ instead of hot). I went back in and politely explained the issue, but the response and facial expressions from the staff were unwelcoming.
The manager, Pierre, seemed unable to understand why I would prefer a complimentary correction rather than waiting another 10 minutes for the right order. Instead, he offered 6 extra wings but said he couldn’t credit the original wings back. I declined and requested a full refund.
Overall, the experience was disappointing — the food mistake can happen, but the lack of customer service and professionalism from management stood out the most. I believe the team, especially management, could benefit from training on customer satisfaction

30 minute wait for a kids meal and rude remarks about my name
I hope that a manager will see this I am very disappointed in my service today I came to this kfc about 3:00pm the white male who was at the window taking orders told me I’d wait about 8 mins for my food and since there was already someone waiting in front of me he told me to park by the curb I followed all instructions and ended up wait 45 minutes for FAST FOOD i literally had to go inside and then wait more time for my food. Once I got inside there was a black girl with red braids wrapped up in a bun who didn’t say hello or anything she wasn’t rude but unaware and lost once I told her what happened she told me she gave my food to someone else in which I had to wait AGAIN . The employees on today’s shift need to be retrained that was very unacceptable
