Worst KFC ever, I ordered a bucket of chicken, one large side, and a famous bowl and they had the audacity to forget the famous bowl, it’s not that hard to just give me everything I asked and PAID FOR, worst kfc ever it’s always something with this location, yall suck at your jobs

I never felt that stressed in a restaurant before. The cashier have no sense of customer service with an angry face every question or request, we asked for something and give it to us very aggressively the food was cold and salty but the customer service what will make me and family never come here again.

Guy had no sense of customer service. I understand fast food can be stressful and sometimes workers make mistakes but there is no need to snap at customers for getting an order wrong. I was missing a side of mash potatoes and this man snapped at me saying he didn’t hear me when all he could do is ring it up so I could pay and not have an attitude.

Normally, I ignore low ratings on fast food restaurant, but the people are right. Do not eat here. They served us the most stale hard dry old fries I’ve ever had in my life. You ever lose a French fry in your car, then find it days later under you seat? Thats what they gave us! I was so tempted to go back in and ask them to remake my fries. But then I determined it wasn’t worth it. I will just never eat at KFC again.

This place need to be inspected by city and everyone there including manager should be fired I got chicken that it is a complete disrespect to serve a customer this chicken my chicken is so hard I can even bite it what is this coming to whe spend money to get this treatment that is completely disgusting chicken is so nasty I’m gonna call my self in the morning to corporate

So I went there for something completely different and changed my mind once I saw that they brought back the wings. Of course, I got them with potato wedges and a Dr. Pepper. The chicken wings seemed like they were old and the workers dropped them back into the grease to make them appear fresh. They were dried out and very hard. They better be glad that I didn’t find this out until I got down the Beltway and stuck in traffic because that ticked me off! On the other hand, the potato wedges were just as I remembered before they took them away, crispy on the outside and soft and melt in your mouth on the inside. I will not be returning to this location again.

Went there a today for a $7 fill up ok, my boyfriend thought he had a coupon on his phone for a 12pc nuggets but it expired. That's alright I told the woman at the drive thru window, I still want the 12pc. She said ok. I didn't know they keep 4! Because I only got 8! I wonder do they do this to everyone!? Most of the time we just drive off and just assume we're getting what we pay for! Wow! That's messed up. Smh! Beware! Count your nuggets!
