So I went there for something completely different and changed my mind once I saw that they brought back the wings. Of course, I got them with potato wedges and a Dr. Pepper. The chicken wings seemed like they were old and the workers dropped them back into the grease to make them appear fresh. They were dried out and very hard. They better be glad that I didn’t find this out until I got down the Beltway and stuck in traffic because that ticked me off! On the other hand, the potato wedges were just as I remembered before they took them away, crispy on the outside and soft and melt in your mouth on the inside. I will not be returning to this location again.

Went there a today for a $7 fill up ok, my boyfriend thought he had a coupon on his phone for a 12pc nuggets but it expired. That's alright I told the woman at the drive thru window, I still want the 12pc. She said ok. I didn't know they keep 4! Because I only got 8! I wonder do they do this to everyone!? Most of the time we just drive off and just assume we're getting what we pay for! Wow! That's messed up. Smh! Beware! Count your nuggets!

May 3, 2025 / Saturday evening. If I could give a double Negative 5stars to the KFC on 2767 Gessner Rd. in Houston, TX I would. They placed the hardest and driest chicken I’ve ever experienced , like 8 pcs. Of fried clay turds in (2) 4pc chicken combo meals. Beyond disgust, must have been sitting under the heat lamp since 7:00 am this morning. And the fries were greasy and soggy a gross contrast to half done biscuits. I know Colonel Sanders is turning over in his grave. I attempted to call the restaurant’s Manager to launch my complaint over 7 times. No one answered. I could have bought a bag of wings at H-E-B cheaper than $26.00 I through away at this KFC.

After 4 years !! I went back asked for 4 piece dark meat I get chicken tenders! This place is trash !! I hate to do this agin !!! But I rather go to Hartz Chicken! At least they will serve my food properly!!

T-Mobile Tuesday brought me here, I should have skipped the free chicken it wasn’t worth it. They act like they couldn’t handle a simple request. I’m not coming back it’s not even worth the time

This is the "best" Kentucky Chicken. The manager is very professional he's very kind and he listens to you when placing your order. I drive from northwest Houston to this one on Gessner. Thank u JR😊Thank u Ms. Martha!!!!!!!!

Went to the drive through right before 10pm (they close at 10:30 pm on Saturdays) and was met with silence for about 15 minutes. Drive to the drive through window and was ignored by workers and manager, went to the public entrance for the diner and was locked. I guess they can close whenever they feel like and just ignore their customers.
