T-Mobile Tuesday brought me here, I should have skipped the free chicken it wasn’t worth it. They act like they couldn’t handle a simple request. I’m not coming back it’s not even worth the time

This is the "best" Kentucky Chicken. The manager is very professional he's very kind and he listens to you when placing your order.
I drive from northwest Houston to this one on Gessner. Thank u JR😊Thank u Ms. Martha!!!!!!!!

Honestly just save your money and go the churches or Popeyes nearby. The KFC just sucks.

Went to the drive through right before 10pm (they close at 10:30 pm on Saturdays) and was met with silence for about 15 minutes. Drive to the drive through window and was ignored by workers and manager, went to the public entrance for the diner and was locked. I guess they can close whenever they feel like and just ignore their customers.

I ordered white meat and received dark and white. The chicken was very greasy. A lot of homeless hanging in the front door.

I ordered a basket of chicken and the chicken was super cold. I asked for it to be changed and they told me to go to the other person to talk to the manager so they could change it. What a bad service.

Usually I come in early in the day to get my chicken.

Today however I was not able to get in early.
I ordered the 8 piece Tuesday special, and some biscuits.
That said I got my food and went on my way.
They substituted the dark for white meat. I am assuming they had dark cooking and were trying to get me on my way quicker.
Next time I will wait for my order and not accept subscriptions.
The chicken was truly nasty. It was cold and dry. The biscuits were hard as rocks and dry.
I'm now under the impression they were just trying to get rid of all the old food..
From now on I will get my food first thing in the morning, or I will find something else to eat.

Took 10 mins just to answer us in drive thru then proceeded to tell us we couldn't wait for fresh tenders a whole 2hours before they close that they the fryers turn off automatically extremely rude some one needs to be fird or reprimanded

Today I tried to order a meal but they left me waiting for 5 minutes and didn't take my order. I tried calling back but no response. The person in front of me also left after waiting a while. I thought they order but no. Bad experience.
