Horrible food. They don’t use fresh cooking oil so the fried food is very bitter. Surprisingly, they managed to make Cole slaw bitter as well. The only barely decent food was biscuits. Don’t spend your money here. Buy something tasty somewhere else.

I usually enjoy KFC, but this visit really missed the mark. The chicken wasn’t hot or crispy — just kind of soggy and underwhelming. The biscuit was dry, and the mashed potatoes didn’t have much flavor. Everything tasted like it had been sitting around for a while.The service wasn’t rude, but it felt rushed and disorganized. I get that fast food isn’t fine dining, but even the basics were off this time.Hopefully just an off day, but definitely disappointing.

I went to KFC Thursday, May 15, 2025. I went through the drive-through. I ordered two piece mashed potato biscuit no drink. The two piece was with a wing and a leg they charged me $8.87 The chicken was old like it had just been put back under the reheating oven or something from the night before it was an edible my cashier was Arnetta my ticket number #1776 I also had a second order ticket number 1775 date of the order 0515 2025 at 12 o’clock. I ordered chicken and waffles three tenders. It was seven dollars tenders was undercooked and the waffle was hard and old was hard and old. Do not waste your time going to the KFC off of 3619 oh Spanish Trail restaurant number is D 21 2017 this was a waste of time do not waste your drive. The second order with the chicken and waffles and three tenders. I pay seven dollars for undercooked three chicken tenders and a overcooked hard dry waffle.

Thier chicken tenders were poorly cooked. they only give you ONE waffle which was was also halfway cooked and then they tried to charge me $2.99 for a cup of ice forgot the included sauce then tried to charge me when I asked for it and the overall presentation for the food was unsatisfying
This KFC is horrible, been waiting here almost an hour for my food and ordered through the mobile app and they never received my order, they didn’t have the Mountain Dew sweet lightning and got a regular Mountain Dew, the lady got an attitude cause I told cause I wanted her to change the drink. Horrible customer service they ain’t gotta worry about me coming to this location ever again.
