Yall. I stopped eating KFC 5 years ago because they seem to just serve soggy chicken. This location is different. I can say it compares to Popeyes.

Worst service I’ve experienced in my life. The presentations and flavor of the food was very disgusting and look like someone put slop in a bowl it sever it mind you my bowl only had 4 pieces of chicken in there.This location only cares about their time and not their customers. The following day after receiving this terrible famous bowl I came to return it and received no help and workers told me to come inside so I don’t raise their time with no concern about my order. This will be my first and last time visiting this location. Don’t waste your time nor money going here.

This place is garbage. Food is always either cold wrong or both. They tell you to move out of the line so they time doesn't go up thn make you wait an extra 15 min. Staff always sparky and rude. Kfc in black area trash. There is a kfc literally 10 min away on main in a predominantly white area with better quality food and service. Do not eat here.

Last night I came in after being turned around at little ceasars at 9:30.. even though they closed at 10pm. Pulled up at KFC.. saw the famous bowl was on sale on Monday for $5 and got in line. The store closed at 10. I’m in line at 9:45.I just wanna say whoever made my order shoutout to you. My bowl was FRESH. I had a generous amount of chicken on top. Perfect melty cheese ratio. Gravy was extra flavorful. I got a biscuit on the side and my biscuit was SOFT. Thank you so much for making my food fresh and exceeding my expectations. I’ve always loved the bowl and KFC but sometimes my experiences in fast food aren’t the greatest. Whoever made my food last night needs a raise!!!! They appreciate their job!!! They care about the food they’re giving customers. My experience was great 10/10.

Drive thru worker stealing off credit card when confronted he said it was probably the car in front or back of me he charged for not except able I will never go here ever again and he did not give a receipt and he was the

I went to the KFC and ordered the potpop. To my surprise, there was barely any vegetables abd there something that lookedlike burnt(black)very thin strips of chicken. The so call chicken was so black it looked like it was mushroom with chicken skin. I started no yo say anything, but I spent my money on this and have had a better experience and multiple locations; except this one so I went inside.When I addressed to everyone who I think was the manager, He stated that the reason the skin was inside of the pot pie was because it's part of the chicken and I told him that was nasty, and that I had never had that at any of the other locations.So he offered to fix another one. but it was gonna take 22 minutes. Then II asked for my money back and he told me. I didn't bring him back anything( It really wasn't anything to bring back. Since it was barely anything in the pot pie....I ate the crust and some of the vegetables that was in there.) so he couldn't give me a refund. I will never go to that location again.
