Can’t complain about the quality of the food it was good, but I went in for a 4 pc meal and got what looked like a decent sized thigh and 3 small hot wing sized pieces, I don’t believe they were out of chicken, so I don’t understand why they would be stingy with the food.

The worst service I have ever received, they have to check the order because they never give it to you completely, something is always missing, they don't give you the ticket according to them the printer doesn't work, in short it is a horrible waste of time to visit this place

Costumer service is the worse the guy who helped me and my mom had a addatude when we told him he got are orders wrong.it takes a long time to get workers attention chicken is dry. They recorded my mom trying to make her angry i don’t recommend this sorry excuse for a kfc.manager couldn’t even speak English properly and became hostile with us. This sad given that this is the only kfc in my area ??.
Chicken tenders and french fries were old. Not hot and not crispy. I ordered 2 sides of gravy for dipping. The gravy was pure liquid. It was a broth. Maybe they are watering down the gravy to make it go further...it was gross, no flavor. Of course, I paid extra to throw away the gravy.

Only sugar drinks offered.
All tables and several chairs dirty... Which made it a situation of finding the least dirty combination to utilize.
Maybe if the team was on break they should clean the dining room and make iced tea before the disappear.
