Spent $35 on my lunch break for 2 meals. Came at 9pm and waited until 9:55 to receive my order with no other customers In line.🤦♀️ That's ridiculous which left me with no time to eat my food. Not to mention they didnt give me what I paid for and left out some items out of my order.

I ordered online and pick up my order thru the drive thru window. I order 3 famous bowl with drinks combos and 10 pie popper and a large Mac and cheese, with large fry’s and the shoved everything in one bag, they tried to tie a knot on a torn up plastic bag. They didn’t give me my qty 2 pie popper per combo. So I had to go back to the restaurant drive thru and ask for my pie poppers. The girl had a really bad attitude and was raising her voice and me and my wife. She just shut the window and walk away. When come back the window she just handed me what they owed us. She didn’t even try to apologize she just roll her eyes at me and my wife. KFC use to be a really good place to go get fried chicken. I won’t go here again!!!

The Hispanic lady was dry and not genuine in helping she smiles while not really resolving customers needs and only allows one to two napkins per order and I ordered original chicken 2pc meal which can be a little juicy/greasy when I asked for a few more napkins cause I'm eating on the go , she gave unfavorable attitude and a feeling of not wanting to really do that, when customers are spending there money almost 10$ for a two piece meal and you have a problem giving a few more napkins unacceptable for good customer service.
