I bought a chicken pot pie it was gummy and disgusting I’ve been trying to call them and someone is pinup the phone not saying anything and hanging the phone up. The lady working the window did not gone me a receipt but I paid with a credit card so I can pull the transaction. I’m very dissatisfied with the experience at this location. I’m not sure who is the manager of this store is but I would love to speak with the district manager

The chicken was ridiculously soggy. Took it back in and they gave me more soggy chicken dripping in oil/grease. I’ll never go to any KFC again just because of this location. My child asked for it, I’ll forever prefer Popeyes now. Then the girl frying the chicken was mad cause she made soggy chicken. Before yall store it let it sit on a damn wire rack.
Drive thru at 930 only has one sandwich and sides to choose from. Nothing else. Alejandra was the cashier. I asked was the gresse off she said I only have one sandwich and sides available
Aug 17th 935 pm another time they are closed and cant make my order. Drive thru says there isn't any chicken and no sides at 935 pm. This is the worst kfc I have ever tried to patronize
Aug 27 940 pm I ordered nuggets and wedges the lady said they only have tenders and 2 thighs in original 2 legs in crispy. Thsts it. I ordered the wedges. These people out to be let go the night shift is trash

Came in at 10:05 pm and I guess they just decided to close early because even tho the timing on google maps it says they close at 10:30, they said they where closed. If i knew they like to close before posted time i would of went to a different location
